Arroz con Pollo
Seasoning : Finely chopped onion – 1, Garlic – 1 teaspoon,
Oil – 3 tablespoons, Coriander – 4 tablespoons, Ground yellow
chilli – 1 tablespoon
Chicken pieces – 500 g, Rice – 2 cups, Stock – 2 cups,
Peas – ½ cup, Diced carrot – ½ cup, Sweet corn grains – ½ cup,
Finely chopped pepper – ½, Add salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Put the rice with a cold water in bowl and leave to stand for 15
minutes. Drain the rice and put the rice, 2 cups of water, chicken
seasoned with salt and pepper, peas, sweet corn and carrot in
the bowl. Put them in oven and cook covered. When the beep,
add the pepper, salt and press the start button. (Cook covered)
After cooking, stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Seasoning
Mix the oil, onion, garlic, yellow chilli and coriander in a bowl
(3litres) . Put them in oven and press the Aderozo button. After
cooking, use this seasoning.

Rice – 2 cups, Water– 2 cups, Garlic – 1 teaspoon, Oil –
3tablespoons, Red chilli – 2 tablespoons, Finely chopped onion
– 1, Peas – ½ cup, Chopped red pepper – 1, Shellfish – 250g,
Parmesan cheese – 3 tablespoons, Finely chopped parsley,
Lemon, Salt and pepper
Instructions
Season the shellfish with lemon, salt, pepper in bowl. Mix the oil,
garlic, onion and red chilli in other bowl. Add the 2 cups of water,
the rice, the peas and cook covered. When the beep, add the
salt, shellfish, pepper and press the start button. (Cook covered)
After cooking, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and grated
Parmesan cheese.

– 1 tablespoon, Ground turmeric – 1 teaspoon, Rice – 2 cups,
Water – 2 cups, Peas – ½ cup, Carrot – ½ cup, Sweet corn grains
– ½ cup, Chopped red pepper – 1, Salt – 1 teaspoon
Instructions
Put the 2 cups of rice in a bowl. Cover the rice with tap water and
leave to stand for at least 15 min. Then drain and use.
Put the drained rice, 2 cups of water, seasoning, peas, carrot
and sweet corn. Cook covered. When the beep, add 1 teaspoon
salt, the chopped pepper and stir. Press the start button. (Cook
covered)

Mix the onion, garlic, oil and turmeric in a bowl (3 litres). Put them
in oven and press the Aderozo button. After cooking, use this
seasoning.

Instructions
