DANGER
- TO REDUCE THE RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK:
Always place humidifier on a firm, flat surface. A waterproof mat or pad is recommended for use
under the humidifier. Never place it on a rug or carpet, or on a finished floor or wood furniture
that may be damaged by exposure to water or moisture.
Always unplug the unit from the electrical outlet immediately after using and before cleaning
DO NOT reach for a unit that has fallen into water. Unplug it immediately.
DO NOT place or store the unit where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink.
DO NOT place or drop into water or other liquids.
DO NOT use water above 86° Fahrenheit.
WARNING

Use this unit only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use attachments not
recommended by HoMedics; specifically any attachments not provided with this unit.
NEVER drop or insert any object into any opening.
Do not move the humidifier with a water bottle attached. Remove water bottle prior to moving.
NEVER use the humidifier in an environment where explosive gasses are present.
DO NOT place the humidifier near heat sources, such as a stove, and do not expose the humidi-
fier to direct sunlight.
DO NOT carry this unit by the power cord or use the power cord as a handle.
To disconnect, turn all controls to the “off” position, then remove the plug from the outlet.
DO NOT use outdoors. For indoor use only.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION
- PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE OPERATION.
Never cover the unit while it is operating.
Always keep the cord away from high temperature and fire.
If the cord sustains damage, you must stop using this product immediately and contact HoMed-
ics consumer relations (see Warranty section for consumer relations contact information).
Perform regular maintenance on the ultrasonic membrane.
Never use detergent to clean the ultrasonic membrane.
Never clean the ultrasonic membrane by scraping with a hard object.
Do not attempt to adjust or repair the unit. Servicing must be performed by professional or
qualified personnel.
Stop using this unit if there is an unusual noise or smell.
Unplug and empty water when this unit is not in use for a long period of time.
Do not touch the water or any parts of the unit that are covered by water while the unit is on or
plugged in.
Never operate without water in the bottle.
Only use water in the bottle.
Never use any additive to the water.
Do not wash, adjust, or move this unit without first unplugging it from the electrical outlet.
Keep this unit out of reach of children. Do not allow children to use this unit without supervision.
This product is intended for household use only.
UNIQUE FEATURES AND SPECIFICATIONS
ULTRASONIC TECHNOLOGY
This humidifier uses ultrasonic high frequency technology to convert the water into 1-5 million super
particles that are dispersed into the air evenly.
AUTO SHUT-OFF PROTECTION
This unit will shut off automatically when water bottle and reservoir are empty.
CAPACITY
For use with most standard size water bottles 20 ounces or less in size.
NOTE: Water bottle is not included.
RUN TIME
Up to 9 hours based on using cool water and setting the mist level to low setting. Based on the natural
humidity level in your home, the temperature of water you use, and the mist setting you choose, you
may experience longer or shorter run times.
MULTI-VOLTAGE ADAPTER INCLUDED
Perfect for use at home, in the office, or on-the-go.
HOW TO USE
ON/OFF POWER KNOB
Turn the ON/OFF Power/Mist knob clockwise to turn unit on. Turn counterclockwise until you hear a click
to turn unit off.
MIST ADJUSTMENT SETTING
To increase the mist output, turn the ON/OFF Power/Mist knob clockwise. To decrease the mist output,
turn the ON/OFF Power/Mist knob counterclockwise.
HOW TO FILL
CAUTION: Before attaching a water bottle, turn the ON/OFF Power/Mist Knob counterclockwise until you
hear it click into the OFF position and unplug.
NOTE: Always be sure the Water Reservoir is empty to prevent overflow.
1. This humidifier uses most standard size water bottles 20 ounces or less
2. Remove water bottle cap and place water bottle on a flat, level surface. Hold the bottle by the neck.
Push downward and gently twist the Water Bottle Mount onto the top of water bottle using care not to
squeeze the bottle. Fig. 2
NOTE: Not for use with essential oils. Even a few drops can ruin the humidifier.
NOTE: You may fill an empty water bottle with cool, clean, water. We recommend using distilled water if
you are using in an area with hard water.
3. Turn the water bottle upside down and check the Water Bottle Mount for leaks. Fig. 3
NOTE: If water leaks, remove the Water Bottle Mount and reinstall.
NOTE: Do not place the water bottle on the humidifier if water is leaking from the sides of the Water
Bottle Mount.
NOTE: Some water bottles with a shallow neck may not secure properly. Should this happen, please try
another water bottle brand.
4. Extend the extension feet on both sides of the humidifier and place the humidifier on a flat and level
surface. Align and fully insert the Water Bottle Mount into the humidifier top using care not to squeeze
the bottle. Fig. 4 and Fig. 5
WARNING: Do not move the humidifier with a water bottle attached. Always remove the water bottle prior
to moving the humidifier.
5. Insert single pin plug into base of humidifier, then plug adapter into a 120 volt AC electrical outlet.

NOTE: It is normal to have a small amount of water in the Water Reservoir during and after use.
CLEANING AND CARE
CAUTION: Before cleaning the unit, turn power off and disconnect pin plug.
WATER BOTTLE CLEANING
Remove the water bottle mount and set aside. If reusing an empty water bottle, we suggest
cleaning the water bottle once every two to three weeks.
WATER BOTTLE MOUNT CLEANING
Remove the water bottle mount from the bottle. Rinse with cool water.
RESERVOIR CLEANING
Remove the water bottle mount and top cover. Clean the water
reservoir with a 50/50 mix of vinegar and water once every two to
three weeks.
ULTRASONIC MEMBRANE CLEANING
To clean the ultrasonic membrane, you must remove the water
bottle mount and top cover. Fig. 1 Empty any water remaining in the
Water Reservoir.
Make a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water. Dip a soft bristle
brush into the solution and brush the ultrasonic membrane. Fig.
7 Wipe clean with a soft cloth. NOTE: DO NOT pour water into the
ultrasonic membrane or submerge in water. DO NOT touch the
ultrasonic membrane with your fingers.
SURFACE CLEANING
Clean the surface of the unit with a clean damp soft cloth.

HoMedics sells its products with the intent that they are free of defects in manufacture and workmanship for a period
of one year from the date of original purchase, except as noted below. HoMedics warrants that its products will be free
of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty extends only to consumers and
does not extend to Retailers.
To obtain warranty service on your HoMedics product, contact a consumer relations representative for assistance.
Please make sure to have the model number of the product available.
HoMedics does not authorize anyone, including, but not limited to, Retailers, the subsequent consumer purchaser of
the product from a Retailer or remote purchasers, to obligate HoMedics in any way beyond the terms set forth herein.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse; accident; the attachment of any unauthorized
accessory; alteration to the product; improper installation; unauthorized repairs or modifications; improper use of
electrical/power supply; loss of power; dropped product; malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure
to provide manufacturer’s recommended maintenance; transportation damage; theft; neglect; vandalism; or
environmental conditions; loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts
or repair; or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of HoMedics.
This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in the country in which the product is
purchased. A product that requires modifications or adoption to enable it to operate in any other country than the
country for which it was designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized, or repair of products damaged by
these modifications is not covered under this warranty.
THE WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY. THERE SHALL BE NO OTHER WAR-

MISE EN GARDE

Ne couvrez jamais l’appareil lorsqu’il est en marche.
Maintenez toujours le cordon d’alimentation loin des sources de température élevée et du feu.
Si le cordon est endommagé, vous devez cesser d’utiliser cet appareil immédiatement et com-
muniquer avec le service à la clientèle de HoMedics (les coordonnées se trouvent dans la section

Entretenez régulièrement la membrane ultrasonique.
N’utilisez jamais de détergent pour nettoyer la membrane ultrasonique.
Ne nettoyez jamais la membrane ultrasonique en la grattant avec un objet rigide.
N’essayez pas de régler ou de réparer l’appareil. Ces interventions doivent être effectuées par un
professionnel ou du personnel qualifié.
Cessez d’utiliser l’appareil si vous remarquez un bruit ou une odeur inhabituel.
Débranchez l’appareil lorsqu’il n’est pas utilisé pendant une longue période.
Ne touchez pas l’eau ou toute pièce de l’appareil couverte par de l’eau lorsque l’appareil est en
marche ou branché.
Ne jamais faire fonctionner l’appareil sans eau dans la bouteille.
Remplissez la bouteille uniquement avec de l’eau.

CARACTÉRISTIQUES ET FONCTIONS UNIQUES
LA TECHNOLOGIE DE L’ULTRASON
Cet humidificateur utilise une technologie de fréquences ultrasoniques pour convertir l’eau en 1-5
millions de super particules, lesquelles sont dispersées uniformément dans l’air.
ARRÊT AUTOMATIQUE DE PROTECTION
Cet appareil s’éteint automatiquement lorsque la bouteille et le réservoir d’eau sont vides.

Fonctionne avec la plupart des bouteilles d’eau ordinaires de 20 onces ou moins.
REMARQUE: Bouteille d’eau non incluse.
AUTONOMIE
L’autonomie de l’appareil peut atteindre 9 heures, selon l’utilisation d’une eau froide et d’un réglage
d’émission de vapeur au niveau faible. Selon le niveau d’humidité naturel du domicile, la température
de l’eau utilisée et le niveau d’émission de vapeur choisi, vous pouvez obtenir une autonomie plus
longue ou plus courte.
ADAPTATEUR MULTI-TENSION INCLUS
Parfait pour une utilisation à la maison, au bureau ou sur la route.
MODE D’EMPLOI
BOUTON ON/OFF (MARCHE/ARRÊT)
Tournez le bouton ON/OFF Power/Mist (marche/arrêt et réglage de la vapeur) dans le sens horaire pour
activer l’appareil. Tournez ce bouton dans le sens antihoraire pour éteindre l’appareil. Vous entendrez
un clic.
RÉGLAGE DE LA VAPEUR
Pour augmenter le débit de vapeur, tournez le bouton ON/OFF Power/Mist dans le sens horaire. Pour
diminuer le débit de vapeur, tournez le bouton ON/OFF Power/Mist dans le sens antihoraire.
REMPLIR LE RÉSERVOIR
MISE EN GARDE: Avant d’installer la bouteille d’eau, tournez le bouton ON/OFF Power/Mist dans le sens
antihoraire jusqu’à l’obtention d’un clic pour éteindre l’appareil et débranchez-le.
REMARQUE: Vérifiez que le réservoir d’eau est vide pour éviter de trop le remplir.
1. Cet humidificateur fonctionne avec la plupart des bouteilles d’eau ordinaires
de 20 onces ou moins.
2. Enlevez le bouchon de la bouteille d’eau et placez-la sur une surface plane et au niveau. Tenez la
bouteille par le goulot. Poussez vers le bas et tournez délicatement le porte-bouteille sur le dessus de la
bouteille d’eau en prenant soin de ne pas serrer la bouteille. Fig. 2
REMARQUE : Cet appareil ne doit pas être utilisé avec des huiles essentielles.Quelques gouttes
seulement peuvent suffire à briser l’humidificateur.
REMARQUE : Vous pouvez remplir la bouteille avec de l’eau froide et potable.Nous recommandons
d’utiliser de l’eau distillée si l’eau du robinet est calcaire.
3. Tournez la bouteille d’eau à l’envers et vérifiez le porte-bouteille pour des fuites. Fig. 3
REMARQUE : En présence d’une fuite, retirez le porte-bouteille et recommencez.
REMARQUE : N’installez pas la bouteille d’eau sur l’humidificateur si de l’eau fuit sur les côtés du
porte-bouteille.
REMARQUE : Certains modèles de bouteille d’eau au goulot court se fixent mal. Dans ce cas, prenez une
bouteille d’eau d’une autre marque.
4. Déployez les pieds d’extension des deux côtés de l’humidificateur et placez-le sur une surface plane
et au niveau. Alignez le porte-bouteille avec le dessus de l’humidificateur et insérez-le en prenant soin
de ne pas serrer la bouteille. Fig. 4 et 5
AVERTISSEMENT : Ne déplacez pas l’humidificateur lorsqu’une bouteille d’eau y est fixée. Retirez toujours la
bouteille d’eau avant de déplacer l’humidificateur.
