Guardian™ Life Ring Cabinets are available in two
sizes to store life rings up to 30 inches in diameter or
alternative throwable lifesaving devices.
Both models are designed with a universal t to house USCG approved
ring buoys and standard torpedo buoys made by dierent manufacturers.

If you require a USCG approved life ring, that’s no
problem. We can provide 24” and 30” life rings with
100’ (30m) of throwing rope attached.
Not sure what size life ring you need?
• Where people work over or near water, there are Occupational Safety and
Health Administration standards which may specify the size of life ring or
type of throwable PFD and additional lifesaving equipment required.
• The regulations for your industry may also stipulate the length of
throwing rope required and the distance between each life ring station.

STEP 2 :
Do you require a
life preserver ring
and rope?
24” life ring weighs 3.9 lbs. Minimum
buoyant force of 28lbs. Support for a single
rescuee in the water. Lightweight, ideal for
throwing to the rescuee in rivers, lakes and
shelving beaches.
30” life ring weighs 7.2lbs. Minimum
buoyant force of 32lbs. Support for multiple
rescuees at one time. Ideal for where there
is a drop to water from piers, harbors or
from on board a boat.

Whatever your existing or new location, the
Guardian™ Life Ring Cabinet is a exible solution
with rail, wall and pole mounting xing options.
Create a life ring buoy station by attaching your cabinet to a pole. We oer
Armortec™ coated steel poles which can be surface mounted or concreted-in
below the ground. Our Cabinet can also be supplied with a short, angled post
kit. Alternatively, it can easily x to a locally sourced 4x4 wooden pole.
Otherwise choose to easily mount your Guardian Life Ring Cabinet to
existing walls and railings with our xing kits.

STEP 3 :
Where will you be
locating the life
ring cabinet?
Fixings are optional and the
Guardian Life Ring Cabinet can
be purchased without them.
Personalized Guardian Life Ring Cabinet at the District Wharf waterfront, Washington.
All Guardian™ Life Ring Cabinets come with
essential instruction decals inside the cabinet to
assist with the quick deployment of the life ring
and throwing rope.
The exterior front of the Guardian is also designed for
personalization. This gives you the option to add extra decals with
instructions or warnings along with your company or authority branding.
We can help you compile the messages, while our in-house team will
design the artwork and send an initial visualization which is completely
free of charge.
Additional Inspection and Operation Features.
• Inspection Window - easily view the contents inside without disturbing the door.
• Lid Stay – helpful when the cabinet is mounted to a pole. The lid stay securely props the
lid open during inspection.
• Alarm Holder includes stainless steel bracket for xing a theft or anti-tampering alarm to
the cabinet. (Alarm not included).
