This product is designed for making sandwiches. Do

Unplug from the

Operation

The product must not be left

unattended while it is connected

to the power supply.

Do not move the product while it

is in operation.

Do not use the product without an

inserted set of plates.

Do not place the product on hot

plates (gas, electric, coal cooking

range, etc.). Operate the product

on a level, stable, clean, heat-

resistant and dry surface.

Do not cover the product while it

is in use or shortly after use when

it is still hot.

Make sure that the power cord

is not pinched by the plates nor

touches the rim of the plates.

The use of extension cords is not

recommended. If the use of an

extension cord is necessary, it

must be designed for a current

ﬂow of at least 10 A.

Lay cords in such a way that

they may not be tripped over or

otherwise damaged.

Cleaning and storage

Disconnect the product from the

power supply before cleaning

work and when not in use.

Allow to cool before putting on

or taking oﬀ parts and before

Before ﬁrst use

Remove all packaging materials. Check if all

parts are complete.

During production, parts are covered with a

protective oil ﬁlm. Before ﬁrst use, operate the

product without any food so that any potential

residues may evaporate.

Clean the product and its accessories (see the

“Cleaning and care” section).

Operation

The ﬁrst few times the product is

heated up, a faint odor may be present. Ensure

suﬃcient ventilation in the area.

Discard the ﬁrst set of sandwiches.

Turning on/oﬀ

Turning the product on: Connect the power plug

5 to a suitable wall outlet. The red indicator 3

lights up.

Turning the product oﬀ: Disconnect the power

plug 5 from the wall outlet. The power indicator

3 goes oﬀ.

Light indicator Status

Red indicator 3 on Product is on.

Red indicator 3 oﬀ Product is oﬀ.

Green indicator 2 oﬀ Product is preheating/

reheating.

Green indicator 2 on The baking temperature

has been reached.

During operation, the green

indicator 2 goes on and oﬀ from time to time.

This indicates that the product is reheating up to

the baking temperature.

Sandwiches

Grease both heating plates 6 with a suitable

cooking oil.

Keep the product locked while preheating.

Do not overﬁll the product.

Preheat until the green indicator 2 lights up.

Pull the lock 1. Open the product.

Place the sandwiches on the lower heating plates

6. Sample recipes can be found in the following

chapter.

Close the product. Close the lock 1. The

sandwiches are being baked now.

Baking takes approx. 4 minutes. Lengthen or

shorten the baking time to achieve the desired

result. The sandwich is ideal when the toast is

golden brown.

When baking is complete: Disconnect the power

plug 5 from the wall outlet.

Recipes

The following recipes are designed

for a baking time of 4 minutes.

Bacon, egg and cheese

sandwich

4 slices Bread

2 slices Cooked bacon

2 slices Cheddar cheese

0.4 oz (10 g) Butter

2Eggs

1 pinch Pepper (optional)

0.7 ﬂ oz (20 ml) Milk

Preparation:

Preheat the product.

Beat the egg, milk and pepper in a bowl until

blended. Melt the butter in a cooking pan. Put

the egg mixture into the pan and scramble it until

thickened and cooked. The scrambled eggs are

ready. Set aside.

Spray the heating plates 6 with cooking spray.

Put 2 slices of bread on the lower heating

plates 6. Top with scrambled eggs, cooked

bacon and cheddar cheese.

Top with remaining 2 slices of bread.

Bake for 4 minutes until golden brown.

Grilled cheddar cheese

sandwich with caramelized

apple

4 slices Bread

1.1 oz (30 g) Sugar

1.1 oz (30 g) Butter

1 pinch Cinnamon

1 Small apple (sliced)

4 slices Cheddar cheese

Preparation:

Preheat the product.

Melt the butter in a non-stick cooking pan. Add

the sugar and cinnamon and cook until the sugar

dissolves. Add the sliced apples and cook for

approx. 5 minutes until tender. The caramelized

apples are now ready. Set aside for cooling

down.

Spray the heating plates 6 with cooking spray.

Put 2 slices of bread on the lower heating

plates 6. Top with 2 slices of cheddar cheese,

caramelized apples, another 2 slices of cheddar

cheese.

Top with remaining 2 slices of bread.

Bake for 4 minutes until golden brown.

Turkey sandwich

4 slices Bread

4 slices Cheddar cheese

1.8 oz (50 g) Roasted turkey breast

(sliced)

1 Tomato (sliced)

0.5 oz (15 g) Mustard

0.5 oz (15 g) Mayonnaise

Preparation:

Preheat the product.

In a small bowl, mix the mustard mayonnaise.

Spread on 1 side of each bread.

Spray the heating plates 6 with cooking spray.

Put 2 slices of bread (mustard mixture side up) on

the lower heating plates 6. Top with 2 slices of

cheddar cheese, tomato, roasted turkey breast,

another tomato and another 2 slices of cheddar

cheese.

Top with remaining slices of bread (mustard

mixture side down).

Bake for 4 minutes until golden brown.

Tuna sandwich

4 slices Bread

0.4 oz (10 g) Mayonnaise

1.2 oz (35 g) Tuna

2 slices Cheddar cheese

Preparation:

Preheat the product.

In a small bowl, mix the tuna and mayonnaise.

Spray the heating plates 6 with cooking spray.

Put 2 slices of bread on the lower heating

plates 6. Top with 2 slices of cheddar cheese,

and tuna with mayonnaise.

Top with remaining 2 slices of bread.

Bake for 4 minutes until golden brown.

Pudgy pie pizza sandwich

4 slices Bread

4.6 oz (130 g) Shredded mozzarella cheese

1.4 ﬂ oz (40 ml) Pizza sauce

8 slices Pepperoni

1 pinch Pepper (optional)

1 pinch Italian seasoning (optional)

Preparation:

Preheat the product.

Spread pizza sauce on 1 side of each bread.

Spray the heating plates 6 with cooking spray.

Put 2 slices of bread (pizza sauce side up) on

the lower heating plates 6. Top with shredded

mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, pepper and

Italian seasoning (optional) and more shredded

mozzarella cheese.

Top with remaining 2 slices of bread (pizza sauce

side down).

Bake for 4 minutes until golden brown.

Cleaning and care

wall outlet.

Risk of burns! Do not clean

the product right after operation. Let the product

cool ﬁrst.

Do not immerse the product’s

electrical components in water or other liquids.

Never hold the product under running water.

Clean the product right after it has

cooled. Once food residue has dried, it is not

easy to remove.

Storage

Risk of burns! Do not store the

product right after operation. Let the product cool

Clean the product before storage.

Store the product in the original packaging when

it is not in use.

Store the product at a dry location out of the

reach of children.

Disposal

Dispose of the packaging through your local recycling

facilities and in compliance with all federal, state and

local regulations.

Please note the package markings regarding

waste separation, indicated by abbreviations

(a) and numbers (b), meaning: 1–7: plastics/

20–22: paper and cardboard/ 80–98:

composite materials.

Contact your local waste management

authority for additional information on how to

dispose of the used product.

To help protect the environment, please dispose of the

product properly when it has reached the end of its

useful life, do not throw in the garbage. Information

on collection sites and their opening hours is

available from your local authority.

Three year limited warranty

What does this warranty cover?

The warranty covers:

• Damage, breakage or inoperability due to defect.

• Damage not caused by normal wear and tear

or failure to follow the safety and maintenance

instructions provided in the user manual.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Normal wear and tear of the product, including

fragile parts (such as switches, glass, etc.);

• Improper use or transport;

• Disregarding safety and maintenance instructions;

• Accidents or acts of nature (e.g. lightning, ﬁre,

water, etc.);

• Tampering with the product (such as removing

cover, unscrewing screws etc.)

Consequential and incidental damages are also not

covered under this warranty. However, some states do

not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or

consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion

may not apply to you.

What is the period of coverage and

warranty resolution?

The warranty is for 3 years from the date of purchase.

At our discretion, product will either be refunded or

replaced.

este enchufe está hecho para

insertarse en una toma de

corriente polarizada en una sola

posición. Si el enchufe no entra

completamente en la toma de

corriente, invierta su posición.

Si aún no calza, contacte a un

electricista caliﬁcado. No intente

modiﬁcar el cable de ningún

modo.

Se incluye un cable de

alimentación corto a ﬁn de

reducir riesgos que podrían

provocar enredos o tropezones

con un cable más largo.

Los alargadores pueden usarse

sólo si presta especial cuidado.

En caso de usar un cable alargador:

1. La clasiﬁcación eléctrica marcada

en el cable alargador debe ser

al menos igual a la clasiﬁcación

eléctrica del producto;

instalarse de manera tal que

no quede sobre ningún objeto

en la mesa o encimera, donde

los niños pudieran tirar de él o

tropezarse; y

3. Si el producto tiene conexión a

tierra, el cable alargador debe

de 3cables.

Antes de conectar el producto a

la toma de corriente, revise que

el voltaje y la clasiﬁcación de la

corriente del lugar correspondan

con los que aparecen en la

etiqueta nominal del producto.

Revise regularmente el enchufe

y toma de corriente en busca

de daños. No use un producto

que tenga el cable o enchufe

dañados, ni después de que

haya funcionado de forma

incorrecta, o de que haya

recibido daños de cualquier

manera.

Devuélvalo al local de servicio

autorizado más cercano para

que lo examinen, reparen o

ajusten.

Proteja el cable de alimentación

contra daños. No lo deje

colgando sobre bordes

aﬁlados o el borde de la mesa

o encimera, no lo apriete ni

lo doble. Mantenga el cable

alejado de superﬁcies calientes y

llamas abiertas.

No use electrodomésticos que

tengan el cable o enchufe

dañados, ni después de

que hayan funcionado de

forma incorrecta, o de que

hayan recibido daños de

cualquier manera. Devuelva el

electrodoméstico al local de

servicio autorizado más cercano

para que lo examinen, reparen o

ajusten.

El uso de accesorios no

recomendados por el fabricante

del producto podría provocar

lesiones.

No usar en exteriores.

No toque las superﬁcies

calientes. Use las manillas o

perillas.

No dejar sobre o cerca de un

quemador a gas o eléctrico, o en

un horno caliente.

Se debe tener extremo cuidado

al mover productos que

contengan aceite u otros líquidos

calientes.
