Tote Tank Hitch Boom Kit
Assembly Instructions
To spray bar
Suction side
1. Insert 2” hitch tube into a vehicle receiver hitch.
(Black tube caps facing upwards).
2. Attach spray bar to mounting tube using U-bolts and lock nuts
provided.
3. Attach the loose half of the swivel nozzle holder at the end of the
spray bar by inserting into the attached half and securing it with
the provided clip.
4. Install the nozzles on the nozzle bodies by aligning the tabs,
pushing in, and twisting 1/4 turn.
5. Hang pump and control assembly on the tote tank cage.
Zip tie or paddle lock the bracket to the tank through the
side holes of the bracket.
6. Connect tank hose to the suction side of the pump and
the spray bar hose to the outlet side of the pump.
• Insert power supply cord into vehicle 7-pin hitch connector on your
vehicle
Trouble shooting
Problem: Spray pump won’t turn on
Solutions:
1. Verify that the LED light on the key FOB goes on when the ‘ON’
button is pushed. If no light appears, replace FOB battery.
2. Verify power is supplied to the correct pins in the vehicle
Connector (see photo)
Power can also be tested at the control box between the posts
marked ‘Gnd’ and ‘Bat’.
Jumping the power from ‘Bat’ to ‘Pump’ will bypass the control box
and run the pump
For off-season storage, flush and store with
RV anti-freeze solution.
