CHECK CONTENTS OF SHIPPING CARTON
Compare contents of carton in Figure 1 with the actual
parts received. If any parts are missing or damaged, con-
tact your dealer before beginning installation. DO NOT in-
stall a damaged Wall Thermostat Kit.

Replacement parts and customer service may be obtained
through your dealer.
INSTALLING ELECTRICAL WIRING FROM
WALL THERMOSTAT TO FIREPLACE:
1. Run low voltage 2- conductor wire from the wall ther-
mostat into the base of the fireplace (behind grille). Find
the male and female connectors provided and attach
them to the ends of this wire.
2. Find the red and brown pigtail wires labeled "THER-
MOSTAT", "REMOTE", or "WALL SWITCH", located
in the base pan of the fireplace.
OPERATING PROCEDURES
1. Follow the lighting instructions section in the fireplace
instruction manual. Be certain that the pilot light is on
and the gas control valve is in the "ON" position.
2. Set the wall thermostat to the desired setting.
NOTE:For installing and selecting the proper thermo-
stat location, refer to instruction manual provided in
this kit.

Do NOT wire 110V-120V to wall switch.
