IMPORTANT NOTICES
This built-in cooker is manufactured for using preparation of normal home meals. Please do
not use for other purposes.
Installation
- This appliance must be installed by qualified personnel, according to the manufacturer’s
instructions and to the relevant Safety Standards.
- Both gas and electric installations shall be made to your cooker. Please be sure that both
connections shall be performed by the shortest way.
- Remove all packaging from the appliance before using for the first time.
- Ensure that the electrical voltage complies with the type stated on the rating plate.
- Please be sure that the hose and hood which will be used for the gas connection have a label
stating its compliance to the related standard.
- The gas hose must not be longer than 1.25 meter.
- Remember that the hose must not be passed near the hot places of the cooker.
- Your cooker is regulated to the Natural Gas (G20 20 mbar). In case that the product must be
transformed into LP (G30 30 mbar), please contact to the authorised service and get the
required transformation made.
- Use clamp for the gas connection (Figure 1).
After connecting the gas hose, please control
the gas leakage on the connection points by means of soap.

NEVER CONTROL THE GAS LEAKAGE BY FIRE.
- Do not attempt to modify the appliance in any way.
-Gas connection should only be done by the Authorised Service Company or a technician
authorised by the service unit.
- Usage voltage of your cooker is 230 Volt - 50 Hz. Ensure that the electrical mains complies
with the type stated on the rating plate.
- Your cooker must be used with an earthed outlet, since the inlet of your oven is an earthed
inlet. Control if the electric supply is earthed or not. If it was not earthed, get it earthed by an
electric technician. Our firm will not take any responsibility in case that it is used without
grounding.
- A cable of 3 x 0,75 mm2 should be used for the electric connection of the 4 gas hotplates
cookers and cable of 3 x 1,5 mm2 should be used for the electric connection of the 3
gas 1 electric hotplates cooker models..
- Keep the electric cable away from the hot areas.
- The length of the cable should not be more than 2 meters for isolation safety.
-Electric connection diagram is under the appliance.
Warning: This appliance must be earthed.
- When you have finished cooking check that all controls are in the OFF position.
Children Safety
-This appliance is designed to be operated by adults. Do not allow children to play near or with the
appliance.
-The appliance gets hot when it is in use. Children should be kept away until it has cooled down.
-Children can also injure themselves by pulling pans or pots off the appliance.
-Before using your product please take out packing materials on cooker. Packing material can cause a
danger for children.
Attention : Burning risk is high especially for small children who are not aware of danger. Burners
surfaces,
grates and hotplates are hot during usage. They can exposed to burning or boiling. So it required to keep
small children from oven in appropriate distance.
Attention: Burning Danger. Heating elements, cooker and accessories are very hot during usage.
So please
always use kitchen clothes or heat resist gloves during holding pots and be careful on usage of pots
for remove burn risk.
- Before you use the oven for the first time, remove the protective material, wash the burner
surfaces and accessories in hot soap water.
During Use;
-Do not use this device if it is in touch with water. Do not attempt to use the device with wet hands.
-Ensure the control knobs are in the ‘OFF’ position when not in use.
-Do not put the flammable materials such as gloves, hand towel, etc. on to the cooker surface
or heating elements.
- Never use the hot plates or burners of the appliance to heat indoor places; do not put empty utensils
on the hot plates or burners that are in the “ON” position.
-The hot solid or liquid oil drops that splash during boiling or frying are flammable and cause fire
Please perform frying process under your control.
- The imbalanced or deformed utensils may cause accidents due to fallen-down and therefore they
should not be used on the cookers on the oven.
- Extra heat and moisture are released in the places where the gas cookers are used. Therefore the
indoor places where the cooker is installed should be well ventilated. To open the windows and doors
shall be sufficient. In case that the cooker is used for a long time or frequently; a dense ventilation or
aspirator may be necessary.

Usage of the Gas Cookers
The taps controlling the gas burners are special safety equipped. For opening the gas and ignition of the lighters;
press the button continuously and turn it left up to the lighter symbol. By this way the lighters shall be
automatically operated and the hotplate you control shall burn.In order to obtain the maximum efficiency from
the hot plates, please take care the sizes of the utensils and to use flat bottom utensils.
Big Hotplate: 20 – 26 cm diameter utensil
Normal Hotplate: 18 – 24 diameter utensil
Assistant Hotplate: 14 – 18 cm diameter utensil
–Never use this appliance as a stem cleaner.
- The perishable foods, plastic materials and aerosols may be affected from the heat. Therefore these
materials should be kept away from the appliance.
OPERATION
On the control panel of your cooker; the specific burner of the specific button is specified.

Please use coffee pot holder when you use utensils smaller than 14 cm.
Usage of the Electric Hotplate :
Regulate your electric cooker to the desired heat by turning the button to the clockwise
direction (Figure 3). When the signal lamp is lit, it means that the electric cooker is activated.
After completing the cooking, turn the button to “0” position back. The powers corresponding
to the degrees on the control panel are shown in the table below:

For the first use, activate your electric cooker at 6rd position without putting any utensils on it.
Please use flat and fixed bottom utensils which get in full touch with the electric cooker. By
this way you will use energy more efficient. If you will not use your cooker for a long time,
please lubricate the surface of your electric hotplate so as to form a thin stratum on the
surface.
When you observe a failure in gas installation or feel a gas smell in the place;
- Immediately close the gas supply and valve of the gas tube.
- Please extinguish the open fires and cigarettes
- Do not turn on the electric devices (including the lamps)
- Ventilate the place well and open the windows. Immediately inform the customer
service or gas distribution company.

MAINTENANCE and CLEANING
Your built-in cooker is designed so as to easily clean the poured oily meals. The grates can be
removed easily and the plate can be cleaned. The enamel, painted, glass and stainless parts
should be cleaned with soapy water and dried. The covers of the hotplates should be removed
and cleaned with water. The fat and acid (lemon) materials that are poured on to the cooker
should be immediately cleaned. Powder detergent or hard cleaning tools which may damage
the cooker surfaces (enamel, painted, stainless should not be used ) during cleaning.
COOKER EXTINGUISH SAFETY SYSTEM
Your cooker is equipped with an extinguish safety system. In case that the fire extinguished
unintended due to wind, etc. , the extinguish safety system automatically activates and stops
the gas flow.
The extinguish safety system taps should be operated as follows:
1. Turn the tap by pressing and ignite the gas by means of the lighter.
2. After the gas fires, keep the button pressed for 10 seconds and release the button. The
fire will continue. If you do not keep the button pressed for 10 seconds the fire may
extinguish. In such a case repeat it.
