Chopping board
The chopping board is made from high quality beech wood.
Because it is a natural product, there may be differences in
colour and other irregularities and, over time, its size and
colour may change. This does not indicate a fault.
Cleaning and care:
–
Clean the chopping board after each use with warm water
and a dishcloth or sponge. If necessary, you can also use
a little washing-up liquid.

Wipe the chopping board with a tea towel and leave it to
dry in a vertical position.
–
Store the chopping board in a dry, well-ventilated place.
– The dry chopping board can be conditioned with a little
cooking oil.
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents.
Do not wash the chopping board in the dishwasher.
Do not soak the board for long periods.

cleaning products for your chopping board and Miele
appliances.

Cooking containers
Miele stainless steel solid and perforated cooking containers
for use with steam ovens, steam combi ovens and ovens can
be used with this chopping board.
Chopped food can be transferred from the chopping board
directly into the cooking container and scraps into a separate
one.
The runners underneath the chopping board can take
containers of the following dimensions:
Width: 325 mm
Depth: 175 - 265 mm
Height:
Top runner: 20 - 65 mm
(max. 40 mm when using containers on
both runners)
Bottom runner: 20 mm
Universal dish KMB 5000-S
Die-cast aluminium casserole dish with anti-stick surface and
stainless steel lid. Suitable for all Miele electric ovens and the
extended zone on induction hobs. Not suitable for use with
gas hobs.
Maximum capacity: 2.5 kg
Dimensions: 325 x 260 x 65 mm (WxDxH)
