This product can be used in complete safety both indoors and outdoors, but please ensure that the plug is plugged
into the mains supply indoors and not outdoors, or in damp conditions.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
• The rope light has pre-inserted bulbs in flexible rope tubing.
• All the bulbs are connected in a series/parallel arrangement.
• Carefully remove from packaging and position in a suitable location.
• Make sure that the cable is completely unravelled and that there are no snags in the cable.
• To operate, plug into 230V mains socket, indoors.
LEDs
• Non-replaceable LEDs – 3V 0.06W
PLUG
• This product is supplied fitted with a plug protected by a 3 amp fuse. Replace only with a 3 amp fuse.

FOR SAFETY’S SAKE
• Do not damage rope tubing or insulation of cable.
• Do not allow any plastic part to come into contact with heat or flame.
• Do not connect the item to the mains supply while it is in the packaging.
• Do not completely cover the bulbs with decorations and other flammable materials. Ensure adequate
airflow around each bulb.
• Ensure that cables are fully unwound and sited where they will not become damaged or present a tripping
hazard.
• Do not lay the cable under carpet or where it can be damaged.
• Do not close doors or windows on the product as this may damage the wiring insulation.
• Do not secure the wiring of the product with staples or nails.
• Do not submerge the lights in the water (eg puddles, guttering and ponds)
• Do not connect this item electrically to any other item.
• For decorative purposes only. Not suitable for use in play by children.
• Unplug the product when leaving the house, when retiring for the night or if left unattended.
• Do not overload wall sockets. Use different sockets around the house to plug in multiple lights to balance
the load.
• Retain this box for storage and future reference.
