Forest for the Trees BM20-ULTRA™

Many of us remember fiddling with the tiny little DIP

switches on one the most famous analog amp

modelers of all time. There was something so

satisfying in the simplicity of crafting unique tones

through a series of binary choices.

That feeling was the inspiration for the Forest For the

Trees. It's a true Muff lover's dream: adjust the circuit

at 20 different points, switch between germanium or

silicon transistors, bypass the tone

section completely, and so much more. There are

literally millions of possible unique settings at your

fingertips. Seriously; we checked the math!

The Forest For The Trees offers a near endless palette of possibilities at your fingertips.

The Controls:

VOLUME

Makes it louder or not so loud when ya turn it.

TONE

Controls the sweep of the passive mid-notch

DISTORTION

Makes things more…. Distorted!

TONE BYPASS

Bypasses the passive tone stack in the circuit (expect a volume boost!)

TRANS SELECT 1

Toggles between a germanium or silicon transistor

Toggles between a germanium or silicon transistor

DRAW

The FFTT will draw around 5.5mA

POWER

This a center-negative 2.1mm barrel regulated power supply (typical guitar

pedal power unit). Please use a supply intended for effects pedals.

There is no option for a 9V battery

BYPASS

Effect on/off switching is done via a 100% mechanical 3PDT foot-switch,

otherwise known as “true- bypass”
