Simple steps to a ﬂawless

Home Stream TV Experience:

Hooking up the Hardware:

Using the supplied Ethernet cord, plug one side into the

Home Stream TV Media Streamer device and the other into

an available port on your PRISM gateway.

Plug device into a nearby power outlet

Wait for the two LED lights to turn white on

the front of the media player signaling software

update completion before continuing

On your Mobile Device:

Important! Your mobile device must be connected to the same Wi-Fi

as your Home Stream TV Media Streamer Device.

Supported devices include:

Apple iOS 7 +

Android 4.1 +

Download the Arris Whole Home Solution App from the

App Store or Google Play

Once installed, launch the application and follow the

on-screen instructions to complete set-up!

On Your TV:

Go to Settings

Select Mobile App

Select “Add” to the right

Locate the 8-digit pairing code (ex. 15458624)
