- pots with bottoms that are not perfectly flat
- metal pots with enamelled bottom.
DIMENSIONS OF COOKTOP AND WORKTOP
EASYTRONIC SET
EASYTRONIC SET is a cooking system that comprises a glass-ceramic electric cooktop and electric oven, designed to
be combined.
The EASYTRONIC cooktop must be fitted with the EASYTRONIC oven.
EASYTRONIC SET ensures the advantages of a glass ceramic hob and can be used together with the oven in
homes with a standard domestic power meter, with 3kW of rated power.
The versatility of the system enables maximum input power to be modified (see section: POWER ADJUSTMENT
in the user instructions booklet).
EASYTRONIC SET is provided with an electronic power control system that allows efficient distribution in order to
maintain excellent cooking performance in all conditions of use. Basically, the intelligent control system
automatically adjusts power levels in all cooking zones and the oven to suit individual needs and cooking phases.
E.g.: oven pre-heating, fast boiling function, etc.
FEATURES OF THE COOKTOP
The
DISPLAY
shows the chosen power setting and any function selected using the knob.
The
ELECTRONIC CONTROL
keeps variations in heating zone temperature to a minimum, thus ensuring uniform
cooking at all times.
The
BOIL DRY FUNCTION
detects abnormal situations such as when the pan has boiled dry, automatically switching
the heating zone in question off.
The
DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM
continually checks that the cooktop is working properly and indicates if there is a fault.
DISPLAY DESCRIPTION
The displays on the cooktop correspond to the chosen control knob settings and selections, which are listed in
the Oven Product Sheet.

POSSIBLE USER MESSAGES
Flashing indicator lamp: special function selected.
Indicator lamp permanently lit: special function active.
Heat level indicator: each digit (from 1 to 10)
corresponds to a power setting selected by means of
the control knob. If the display digit flashes, the Boil
Dry function has been activated.
Fine adjustment of the heat setting: an additional intermediate heat
setting (1.5) can be selected between control knob settings 1 and 2.
Fast boiling function: the fast boiling booster function is active.
Residual heat indicator: when the cooking zone has been switched off, the
residual heat indicator H remains on until the temperature falls to within
the safety limit.

USING THE HOB
While using the cooktop and/or the oven, the cooling fan runs continuously, adjusting its ventilation capacity
according to the heat setting selected.
After turning the cooktop and/or oven off, the cooling fan may continue running for a while in order to cool
down the appliances and adjacent kitchen units.
Turn the knob for the corresponding cooking zone to the desired power level or to the symbol that
corresponds to the function required.
To turn the cooking zone off, turn the knob until the reference mark is at position 0.
