The Electrolux range of Roll-in/Pass-Through cabinets has been designed for high
productivity kitchens namely big canteens, hospitals, in-flight or istitutional
kitchens, which demand the highest efficiency for the area's work flow. The whole
range offers different sizes, refrigerated roll-in and roll-in\pass though and hot roll-
in refrigerators. All models require only 1 phase 220/240 V supply, allowing to be
plugged directly into an existing power socket and are finished in top quality
materials to guarantee durability. Models are designed to operate at an ambient
temperature of up to 43°C. The model detailed in this sheet is a 1600 liter roll-
through refrigerator with 1 full and 1 glass door.
Main Features
•One full door and one glass door with heated frame.
•The operating temperature can be adjusted from 2 to
10 °C to suit both meat and dairy storage requirements.
•Performance guaranteed at ambient temperatures of
32 °C.
•Simple control panel: on\off switch, high\low humidity
switch and digital temperature display.
•Automatic defrost and automatic evaporation of
defrost water.

Ventilated cooling for optimal temperature distribution.
•Simple cooling unit easily accesible from the rear of
the appliance.
•Universal shock-protectors on all sides.
Construction
•Built-in compressor to suit operating conditions.
•Interior cell and external panel are constructed in 304
AISI stainless steel.
•Bottom panel with rounded internal corners avoids dirt
traps.
•75 mm thick insulation, with cyclopenthane injection
for long-term insulation and energy saving.
•CFC and HCFC-free insulation.
•Refrigerant type: R134a.
•Developed and produced in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
certified factory.
