Bid Specifications
• Unit's construction is all stainless steel with 10 holders
for French fry products for bagging or boxing. Unit has
reversible bin and rack for right- or left-side entry of
product. Infrared heat strip provides a reflective pattern
to hold product in bin hot. Merchandising lights provide
additional product illumination.A full backsplash is pro-
vided in stainless steel and the on/off switch is posi-
tioned at eye level for easy operation.A light next to the
switch indicates operational use.A 6-foot power supply
cord is provided to meet NEMA 5-15R service require-
ments. Unit carries a one-year parts and labor warranty.
