Troubleshooting

1. Make sure the USB adapter is inserted to the PC properly, try other USB ports
if not. Once you insert the USB adapter into the USB port, Windows will tell
you find new device, like the video I sent. If nothing popup, please open “My
Computer” Folder, then find it at “Device and Drives”.
2. Install the driver from the above process, after the driver installed properly,
you can find an icon on the taskbar like below.
3. Make sure you have a wireless router which is connected to the Internet, find
the SSID of your wireless router, input the password, then you can joy the
Internet.
Note:
Once the computer detected the USB Adapter, you can find it from the “Device
Manager”-> “Network Adapters”(search Device Manager from the taskbar, you
can find it)
