Drill the first pilot hole, using a 7/32 in. (5.5 mm) diameter
drill bit. And install the first screw (Lag Bolt) to the wall as
you needed. Make sure the distance between wall and lag
bolt is at least 5-10 mm.
Hang the wall plate as the following picture.

Mark the mounting holes and use Bubble Level to adjust
wall plate’s horizontal position. And drill the other pilot holes
and install 3 sets of screws in turn.
Put the Gasket and tighten the first screw.
