Setting up a private vault using ENC DataVault lite in Mac
How do I setup my private vault in a Mac computer?
Setting up your private vault is simple! Just follow the steps below:
1. Double-click on ENCDataVault_lite_mac_X.Y.Z.pkg* to perform the installation.
* X.Y.Z represents the application’s version.
2. Click Continue on the Welcome screen.

3. Select to install on your Lexar Flash Drive and click on Continue.
4. It will inform you how much space it will take on your Lexar Flash Drive. Click Install.

5. You may be asked to enter your Mac username and password. Enter your username and password and
click Install Software.
NOTE: You may not encounter this screen. If you do not see this screen, simply skip this step.
6. The installation is now complete. Click Close.

7. Go back into your Lexar Flash Drive and double-click on ENCDataVault_lite.
8. Click Start using my drive on the Welcome screen.
9. Click to select the I accept the license terms checkbox, then click Next.
10. Enter a personal password for your private vault.

NOTE: You can use the Password Recommendation checkboxes to reduce or increase the strength of your
password.
11. Click OK.
12. Open the vault by clicking on the vault icon.

13. The ENC DataVault lite is now configured and ready for use.
