Read and understand the manual. Learn to operate this equipment safely.
This attachment is designed only for mounting in the front hitch receiver of a Response
Mid-Deck ZTR. It is not designed for use as a rear mounted attachment. Loss of stability
and control may result if used as a rear mounted attachment.
Do not exceed 80 lbs (36 kg) of weight in this attachment.
Strap down and secure items with appropriate straps.
Never allow riders in or on this attachment and no standing on or in this attachment.
Added weight of this attachment and any cargo placed in it will affect the operating
characteristics, stability of the machine, and may increase stopping distance.
Slow down and use extra care while using this attachment. Use appropriate speed for the
ground conditions and any added weight.
Allow only responsible adults who are familiar with these instructions to operate this
equipment. Never allow children to operate this equipment.
Be sure the area is clear of other people and animals before operating. Children are often
attracted to the machine and the operating activity. Never assume that children will remain
where you last saw them. Keep children under the watchful care of another responsible
adult.
Watch for traffic when operating near or crossing roadways.
Dress properly. Do not operate when barefoot or wearing open sandals.
Do not operate the machine while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Never tamper with safety devices. Check their proper operation regularly.
DO NOT operate this attachment on slopes. There is significant risk of overturns or loss of
control when operating on slopes. Keep all movements slow and gradual. Do not make sudden
changes in speed or direction. Use extreme caution when operating near drop-offs.
Stop and inspect the equipment if you strike an object. Repair if necessary, before restarting.
Never make adjustments or repairs with the engine running. Keep hands and feet away from
moving parts.
This attachment will obstruct the view directly in front of the operator. Use extra care while
operating and making turns.
Anytime you leave the operators position stop on level ground, set the parking break, and
shut off the engine
