ELECTRIC
SHOCK

Do
not
touch
live
electrical
parts.
Turn
OFF
welder
and
remove
input
power
plug
from
receptacle
before
beginning
this
installation.
FALLING
EQUIPMENT
can
cause
serIous
Injury
and
equipment
damage.
Have
a
person
of
adequate
physical
strength
lift
unit.
The
unit
weighs
approximately
55
lbs.
(25
kg).
Do
not
place
any
part
of
the
body
under
the
unit
while
lifting.
IMPORTANT:
Retain
all
hardware
removed
during
this
procedure
for
reinstailation
unless
specifically
told
othe
rwise.
1.
Assemble
Running
Gear/Cylinder
Rack
as
shown
in
Figure
Aon
Page
2.
Do
not
tighten
cylinder
bracket
hardware.
2.
Block
wheels
so
that
Running
Gear/Cylinder
Rack
cannot
roll.
3.
Install
the
welding
power
source/wire
feeder
as
follows:
a.
Remove
the
lower
hex-head
screw
from
each
side
of
the
welding
power
source/wire
feeder
case.
b.
Place
unit
onto
running
gear
mounting
tray.
c.
Secure
unit
to
running
gear
using
hardware
removed
in
Step
3b.
4.
Tighten
cylinder
bracket
hardware.
5.
Remove
blocks
from
wheels.
