STANDARD FEATURES
❑ Model WTSBSS-CBTW. Cooking and baking equip-
ment water treatment system with a water ow of
1-3gpm. Applications include Steamers, Combina-
tion Ovens, Proofers, Rack Ovens, and Deck Ovens.
Replacement cartridges are models SS-10 and CB-10.
❑ Model WTSBSS-CBTW16. Cooking and baking
equipment water treatment system with a water ow
of 1-6gpm. Applications include Steamers, Combina-
tion Ovens, Proofers, Rack Ovens, and Deck Ovens.
Replacement cartridges are models SS-10 and CB-16.
❑ Model WTSBSS-XLTW16. Cooking and baking equip-
ment water treatment system with a water ow of
1-6gpm. Applications include Steamers, Combina-
tion Ovens, Proofers, Rack Ovens, and Deck Ovens.
Replacement cartridges are models SS-XL and CB-
16.
❑ Model WTSBSS-PLUS. Cooking and baking equip-
ment water treatment system with a water ow of
1-4gpm. Applications include Steamers, Combination
Ovens, Proofers, Rack Ovens, and Deck Ovens. This
system utilizes a polypropylene clear bowl which not
only allows for visual cartridge replacement, but also
provides durability. This model only combines the car-
bon block and scalestick in one housing, allowing for
a smaller footprint. Replacement cartridge model is
SS-PLUS.

FEATURES
Hobart models WTSBSS-CBTW, WTSBSS-CBTW16,
WTBSS-XLTW16 and WTSBSS-PLUS cooking and bak-
ing water treatment systems are designed to protect
Steamers, Combination Ovens, Proofers, Rack Ovens,
and Deck Ovens. They are ideal for reducing exist-
ing scale deposits, scale prevention, corrosion control,
chlorine removal, sediment removal, and are unaffected
by high temperatures. The clear housing allows for
visual monitoring of replacement cartridges. Over time,
the product in the ScaleStick
™
between the feed holes
and bottom will slowly dissolve and the level will drop.
Replace the ScaleStick
™
when the product level reaches
the bottom. Each model comes standard with the
bracket and ttings needed for installation included with
the systems.
* Note: Capacities may vary depending on certain factors including flow
rate, frequency of use, and pressure. Do not base cartridges change out
on stated gallon capacity, but rather a visual inspection of the product
level through the clear housings.
