- Fit the 3/4" pipe connectors for the heating flow on the l.h. side, for the heating return
on the r.h. side, using the flat gaskets and union nuts supplied. Wind hemp around
the 1/2" gas fitting in the centre of the boiler and fit the pipe connector.
- Push the straight maintenance valve together with the compression fitting onto the
l.h. pipe connector and tighten lightly.
- Push the straight maintenance valve together with the safety valve connection onto
the r.h. pipe connector and tighten lightly. Wind hemp around the safety valve
connection.
- Wind hemp around one side of the straight connector and insert into the gas ball valve.
Push the gas ball valve together with the compression fitting onto the centre pipe
connector and tighten lightly.
The parts may be moved for the further installation, if necessary. Tighten the
compression fittings after the installation has been completed.
- Wind hemp around one elbow of the SW connection set for installation on finshed
walls, and install in the primary flow, return and gas ball valve.
- Install the connection panel on the wall, centrally aligned with the boiler.
Note the height dimension of 785 mm.
- Route the on-site lines for flow, return, DHW, gas, safety blow-off and circulation (if
applicable) in accordance with the following diagram to the control panel. The pipes
must provide a female thread at their ends and reach the connection panel.
Left hand supply lines Right hand supply lines
Please note: On-site lines must be routed, so that the CSW 120 / TSW 120
DHW cylinders can be located flush against the wall.
- Wind hemp around one side of the straight connector compression fitting, and secure
to the on-site lines on the connection panel.
- Wind hemp around all threaded connections on the DHW cylinder and install the
compression fitting I/O nipples.
Close the DHW cylinder connection with the cap supplied if no DHW circulation pipe
is to be installed.
- Push the CSW 120, TSW 120 DHW cylinder into the connection panel until it is flush
with the boiler, and level with the adjustable feet to dimension 790 mm.
- When using a pipe cover (accessory), adjust the gap between the gas fired boiler and
the TSW 120 DHW cylinder to 300 mm, using the adjustable cylinder feet.

Fit the gas connection, primary flow, primary return,P+T-pipe and tundish, DHW and
cold water pipes in that order to ensure a trouble-free installation.
Installation P+T-pipe and tundish and cold water supply according to manual DHW
cylinder CSW 120.
- Trim the gas pipe from the connection set to size.
Fit the union nut and compression rings, and insert the support sleeves into the gas
pipe.
Insert the gas pipe into the gas ball valve elbow and into the straight connector on
the connection panel, and tighten with the compression fittings.
- Trim the primary flow and return pipes from the connection set to size.
Fit the union nut and compression rings, and insert the support sleeves into the
primary flow and return pipes.
Insert the pipe into the straight valve (maintenance) elbow and into the straight
connector on the connection panel, and tighten with the compression fittings.
- Trim the DHW pipe from the connection set to size and insert the support sleeves into
the pipe.
Insert the DHW pipe into the straight connector on the DHW cylinder and into the
straight connector on the connection panel, and tighten with the compression fittings.
Please note: Shut-off equipment, dirt traps or other restrictions must not be
installed between the DHW cylinder and the safety valve.
- Trim the evacuation pipe to size and insert the support sleeves into the pipe.
Wend hemp around one side of the elbow connector fitting an secure it on the saftey
valve.
Insert the evacuation pipe into the elbow connector and tighten with the compression
fitting.
- Trim the DHW cylinder flow pipe from the connection set and locate on the cylinder
side with union nut and locking ring.
Insert the support sleeve into the pipe.
Secure the DHW cylinder flow pipe with compression fitting and with flat gasket on
the three-way changeover valve.
- Trim the DHW cylinder return pipe from the connection set and locate on the cylinder
side with union nut and locking ring.
Insert the support sleeve into the pipe.
Secure the DHW cylinder return pipe with compression fitting and with flat gasket on
the gas fired boiler.
Fill the heating system and vent carefully. During the filling process, vent the boiler at
air-vent valves in the boiler DHW cylinder flow and return.
Fill the DHW cylinder.
Switch ON the boiler and select the required DHW temperature at the boiler control unit:
Setting 1: 15 °C
Setting 7: 60 °C
Setting 9: 70 °C approx.
To raise the DHW temperature for a short time above 60 °C, pull the rotary temperature
selector for DHW approx. 3 mm out and turn clockwise.
