flush to 18" out from the wall. Durable steel case has built in mounting holes, is finished in white scratch resistant paint

• Features a 20 foot, three bladed power cord that plugs into any grounded wall outlet. Power cord includes a manual up/down switch for

powering the screen.

• Each screen includes a wireless up/down remote control to raise or lower the screen to the desired height and powered with a 23AE 12-volt

battery. All screen remote control units work on the same frequency and multiple screens can be controlled by a single remote control.

• Motor has lifetime lubrication, automatic thermal overload cut-off, and brake for stopping at any point or when fully extended or retracted.
