VAVA VA-DK004 Installation guide

Dear Customer,

We notice that some customers complain that Please kindly spend 5 minutes to download and

install the attached software, so as to resolve the charging issue.

1. Connect the VAVA docking station to your laptop.

2. Go to VAVA Official Website and roll down to the middle of the page, find “Dowloads:

Charging Upgrade”: https://www.vava.com/products/vava-12-in-1-type-c-hub

3. Decompressing the file and double click the downloaded file “HubPDFWUpgrade.exe”, keep

selecting “next” until you install the software successfully.

4. Open the software “HubPDFWUpgrade” and click “Upgrade Firmware”, waiting about 15

seconds until it shows “Firmware Update Completely”.

5. Restart your laptop and the docking station shall charge properly.
