EN 26
With the Erhitzen (heating) programme, the contents of the soup mixing con-

reached after these 8 minutes depends on the starting temperature of the ingre-
dients. The recommendations are therefore:
do not use any frozen foodstuffs,
• precook potatoes,
use warm water and also heated ingredients if applicable,
do not abort the Erhitzen (heating) programme prematurely. It is possible
that the desired temperature will then not yet have been reached.
1. Place the motor unit (5) on a work surface:
This must be dry, clean, at and not heatable.
The suction feet (8) must stick to it rmly.
Make sure that there is a suf cient gap from the edge of the work surface so that

5. Put the lid (2) on.
6. Insert the mains plug into a properly installed plug socket that
is easily accessible.
7. Switch on the device: Press the Start / Stopp (start/stop) button
(C) once. The operating lamp (7) ashes and the display (A)

9. Start the programme: Hold the motor unit (5) securely with one hand and press the
Start / Stopp (start/stop) button (C) once.
10. If additional food is to be added during processing, twist the shaker (1) in the lid (2)
and then remove it upwards. Add ingredients through the opening in the lid.
11. When the programme is nished, switch off the device. Press the Start / Stopp
(start/
stop) button (C) once to do this. The operating lamp (7) and the display (A) will go out.
12. Remove the mains plug from the plug socket.
13. Wait until the blades have come to a complete standstill, then twist the blade attach-

Cleaning and Storage
CAUTION!
Danger of electric shock! Remove the mains plug from the plug socket before clean-
ing the device.
Danger of electric shock! Keep the motor unit, the mains cable and the mains plug
away from water or other liquids! Never touch them with wet hands when these com-
ponents are connected to the mains power.
The motor unit, the blade attachments and the ice container may not be cleaned
in the dishwasher!
Danger of injury due to sharp blades! Take care when handling the blade attach-

blade attachment rmly by the plastic housing.
Surfaces could be damaged! Do not use any caustic or abrasive cleaning agents or
scouring sponges to clean the device.
1. Make sure that the device is disconnected from the mains power!
2. If required, wipe down the motor unit (5) with a slightly damp cloth. Then dry it with
a soft cloth.
3. Rinse the accessories which have been used with clear, warm water and some mild
detergent. The shakers / soup mixing container (11, 12, 3) along with the lids and the
to-go cup with the lid (15) can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
4. Allow all parts to dry completely.
5. Reassemble the device.

have any negative effect on either your health or the way that the device parts work.
Troubleshooting
If the device does not work properly, rst check whether you are able to rectify the prob-
lem yourself.
Do not attempt to repair a defective electrical device yourself!
If the device will not switch on, check the following:
Is the mains plug inserted in the plug socket correctly?
Is the plug socket defective? Try another plug socket.
Has the fuse of your mains connection been activated?
Is the blade attachment (4, 9) screwed on correctly?
EN 28
Is the blade attachment (4, 9) positioned in the motor unit (5) correctly? The device
can only be switched on if the blade attachment (4, 9) has been positioned and
locked in place correctly in the motor unit (5). The arrows marked on the blade attach-
ment (4, 9) and the motor unit (5) must be above one another.
