Installation:

The model is supplied with a 13 amp cable 230V and MUST be earth connected.

Starting up:

* Turn on the red control lamp

* The lamp switch on and the rolls will turn

* The heating elements is activated by turning the handle (Regulator or thermostat).

* Usual working temperature is reached by following point 1 - 2 or by a scale of temperature.

Cleaning:

Remember to empty the container for fat every day.

The outside is cleaned with general cleaning fluids.

For burnt material a cleaning fluid called Grov Rent (a Johnson-product) can be used.

If the rolls are teflon coated, you must never use any sharp objects when cleaning just

use a soft cloth.

Maintenance:

Twice a year, you should let an authorized technician check the chain and the electric connec-

tions. It's done by removing the side shields and at the same time clean the grill for fat.
