3. Command Format
[STX] AD**:C1 C2 C3:p1p2p3…pn (Voluntary length) [ETX]
(note) Parameters after ':' to be added upon necessity.
First 5 alpha numeric after STX("AD**:"(** is ID#))designates ID,
followed by 3 alpha numeric codes which act Commands,
then followed by “ETX” for indicates end.
ID# is ruled as follows
ADnn(ASCII 4 characters)
nn : 01- 64 Individual addresses
0A-0Z Group ID
ZZ Address to all equipments (ID AL)
4. Control by RS-232C
CPU in the projector would act immediately after it receives RS232C Command codes.
When the projector is in the stand-by mode, it only accepts “Power-ON” command.
(In the practical operation at Stand-by Mode, it would receive the command codes
and eco backs as the normal communication ended.)
Key-Repeat function does not work in the RS232C control.
In case multiple commands are being sent, first receive the eco-back
of the previous command and then the next command can be transformed.
When the invalid command is received, the response from the projector would be
[STX] ER401 [ETX]
(Ref)[STX] ER N1 N2 N3 [ETX]
N1 shows product category, N1 = 4 means TV Display category.
N2 N3 shows error types, N2 N3 = 01 means
“Invalid Command”(Machine did not react for it).
