For the best image quality, we recommend you set the
laptop resolution to match the projector’s native resolution.
If the native resolution is not available, try to select one
of the other supported resolutions.
Some computers may require you to manually select the
resolution within the computer’s display settings. This can
usually be found in Control Panel > Displays > Settings >
Advanced > Adapter > List All Modes > Select supported
mode > OK. Refresh rate should be set to 60 Hertz.
Color quality should be 32 or 16-bit color.
Some computers may not be capable of displaying
all the resolutions of the SHOWWX+. Select the highest
one available.
If you see a warning “Video not Supported” please
select one of the supported resolutions of the SHOWWX+.
The SHOWWX+ supports the following resolutions: WVGA
848 X 480 {native}, WVGA2 800 x 400, and VGA 640 x 480.
When disconnecting, make sure that you unlatch
the VGA DOCK properly to avoid scratching or damaging
the projector.
See the SHOWWX+ laser pico projector User Guide
for instructions regarding the safe use and operation
of the SHOWWX+ laser pico projector.
The VGA DOCK should only be used with MicroVision’s
SHOWWX and SHOWWX+ laser pico projectors.
