Precautions
This m anual contain s im portant safe measu rements and
correct operational info rmation, so please rea d all the
information care fully before you use the device in order to
avoid any unexpecte d accidents.
Do not put the player in high temperat ure, humidity
or dus t plac e (over 40), especia lly not in the cars
with window closed i n summ er.
Do not knock or hit the player, especially do not
shake T FT screen in order to avoi d TFT being
damaged or displayed abn ormally.
Select suitable volum e, turn down or stop use when
you fee l tingle in ears.
Battery service lift may be vari ous fro m different
using conditions, manufacturer and m anufacturing
time.
Do not disconnect the player abruptly during the
formatting or uploadin g and downloading, oth erwise,
it will cause the program error.
We will not be responsible for any obligation for any
memory loss caused by produ ct damage, repair or
other reasons. Please operate correct ly as per the
manual.
The player, no m atter is powered on or not, once
connected with the U SB port of started computer,
can be cha rged.
Do not dism ant le the playe r pe rsonal ly or use alc oho l,
thinner or ben zene to clean the surface of the player.
Do not use the player in the electronics- prohibited
area, such as in the plan e.
Do not use the player when driving or walki ng i n
order to avoid traffic accidents.
Before charging, plea se turn off the MP3 player,
otherwise it will cau se MP3 player abnormal working;

Long touch “>”: Fast forward playing

Long touch “<“: Fast backw ard playing
Forward / backward under movie playing status:
Because the touch k eys are ver y sen sitive and in order to
avoid wrong operati on, plea se pause the m ovie playin g first
if you want to forward or backward playing, then keep
touching > or < to get it.
Finger Touch operation:
Because the touch k eypad is sens itive, it is very important
for user to touch the k eys in a correct way, plea se follow the
operation as below:
! Important Note:
Because to uch pad k eys of MP3 pla yer is very se nsiti ve,
during using, if your fingers don't touch the k eys on the
correct position, sometime tou ch keys can't work
normall y. S o plea se put your fin ger corre ctly on the keys,
especially do not touch the position between any two or
three k eys.
Static electric will also affect the touch key working, but
it won't damag e MP3 player. Try to touc h k eys more
times, i t will resume to w ork

Basic Operation
Power On/Off

*Important: If your MP3 player is blocked or doesn’t
work, please Reset it and after two seconds, restart it
again.
Hold On/Off
Hold On: Short press the ”P ower” button for 1 second, the
lock icon will show on the screen.
Hold Off: Short press the ”Power” butt on for 1 seco nd, the
lock icon will disappear from the scre en.
Power Reset
If your player is bloc ked during using, you can use a tiny pin
to press the RESE T key at the top of MP4 player and restart
the playe r.
Battery
This playe r adopts built- in lithium batteries of high capa city.
Full Partially used To be used Used up
Long pressing the power k eys for thr ee seconds ,
the MP4 player wil l be power ed on.
Long pressing the power k eys for thr ee seconds
when MP4 player is on, the player will be
powered off .

The usable time of battery electr icity may be various
according to different volume, type of playing file and
pressing opera tion. The player can save battery as per the
set [Customized Power Off Time] or [Display Settin g].
Music
Select “Music display in m ain menu and touch to enter
into music playbac k stat us.

Video
Select “Video” in main menu and touch to enter into
Video playbac k status.

Radio
Select “FM” in main menu and touc h to enter into FM
radio status. Then touch again, It will enter into FM
submenu automatica lly first. (FM subm enu includes:
Manual, Auto, Mem, Preset , Del )
Touch k ey to sele ct: Manu, Auto, Me mo, Pres, Del and
enter into FM program.
Manual:
Select the “Manu”, then you can scan the frequency
manually statio n by touching the “>” and “<” icon.
Auto:
Select the “Auto scan” , it wil l scan FM cha nnel and save
them automatica lly. After auto scan complete, tou ch the “>”
or <” to selec t channel,
Memory:
If you want to save FM channel, touch M to exit to FM
submenu and selec t Mem” and tou ch play key to choose
channel to save the FM channe l.

Preset:
Touch to enter into Pres” , you w ill see the FM channel
you pre set or save d before, touch >” and “<” to choose the
channel you prefer.
Del:
Delete the saved channe l. T here will be a window popped
up to ask for con firmation of “Yes” or “No”, touch to
confirm your choice.
Note:
In FM mode, the earphone is used as antenna, so
please keeping the earphone is connected well.
Photo
In main m enu, select “Photo and touch icon to enter
into photo browser, touch “>” / “<“ to see next / previous
photos.
Text
Download T XT File
Download the file and save the file as TXT for mat into your
MP3 player.
Read File
Touch to enter into Text files, then short pres s key
to read. Scroll pages by touchin g “^” or “v“ keys.

Store Bookmark
When you are reading the book , tou ch the “<” icon and
to save the book mark , there are total eigh t book mark s can
be saved. Touch to con firm and save book mark in the
current page. Short touch
M
to exit saving.
Touch “<” to save bookmark , use “^” or “v to select the
bookmark, and then touch to confi rm. Touch >” to
load save d bookm ark.
Record
After enter into “Record” status, you will see the inte rface as
following:
Touch to start reco rding and touch
M
to comple te
recording and save the reco rded file. After savin g, it will
prepare next recordin g again.
REC Setup
In Stop state of REC mode, long press [MENU] key to exit
the Ma in interface, and ente r “Setting” option, and sele ct
“record” adjust the settings among [REC Qual ity]/[REC
Volume].
1. REC Quality: H igh quality, general quality (the first
one has larger REC file and better effect; the second
one is in the opposit e)

2. REC Volume: Five options of +1, +2, +3, +4 and +5.
The higher level, the larger record ed volume.
*When recording, please disconnect earphone to
improve the recording effect ;
*The recorded voice files can be found in Mu sic Play menu
and play to try the effect.
*If the screen displays “Full Space ”, it indicates that there is
no spa ce for new recorded file, plea se delete other files to
release more space.
Explorer
Navigation is a resources m anager which can help you to
know all files in MP3 player for conveni ent m anagement.
You can selec t the music, movie or text file to enjoy it
directly. For exam ple:
Bluetooth setting
After you enter into Bluetoot h menu, the Bluetooth wi ll
automaticall y turn on and search Bluetoot h devices. BT
devices will show in PAIRED DE V LIS T. And then you can
choose the Bluetooth dev ice to connect.
Turn on/off Bluetooth function : Touch > and < button ;
Scanning B luetooth device: Long press button;
Delete Blueto oth device: Long press “M” button;
*Important: Bluetooth just support Music playback
mode. BT function will automatically turn off when end
user use Video, Picture, Radio and Record functions.

Settings
Music Setup:
1) R epeat mode:
Once: Stop when every one son g is playe d over
Repeat 1: Repeat a single song
Folder once: Stop after finishing playing son gs in one
subfolders
Folder Repeat: Repeat son gs in subfolders
All Once: Stop after playing all song s
All Repeat: Repeat all song s con tinuously
Intro: Pl ay the first 10 second s of s ongs in the c urrent folder.
Under Folder once and Folder Rep eat mode, the MP3
player will recognize the song s in root folders first and
default play them once or repeat them continuously. If you
want to play son gs in other subfolders , please enter into
from “Navigation first and sele ct songs in other subfol ders
and play it, the n MP3 will play all songs in this folder.
2) P lay mode:
Order: Play music or movie one by one in order
Shuffle: Play music or movie random ly
3) E Q select: Normal, 3D, Rock , P op, Classic, Bass, Jazz,

User EQ operation:
After choosing User EQ, tou ch “>” “<” key to shift to the
frequency one by one (60Hz / 300Hz / 1KHz / 3KHz / 6KHZ)
you want to adjust and adjust dB by ^” or “v“ k ey, touch <
‘’>”to shift to “Yes” or “No”, the n touch to confirm or
cancel.
FM radio setup:
1) S tereo SW: Turn on or off the Stereo effect
2) FM Region: Choose your country or area to get better FM
frequency
Record setup :
(please see page 12 to know det ailed description)
Auto Browse:
Including Text auto browse and Photo auto browse, there
are 1 seco nd to 5 seco nd optional for time stayin g.
Display setup:
1) B light Time: Setup the backlight time of TFT screen
except movie and char ging status.
2) Lum : Setup the brightness leve l. There are 1 to 5 level to
choose. T he higher level, the brighter it is.
3) B acklight mode: two options of Normal and

System setup
1) About:: It shows the information of Firm ware version,
Date and Memory capacity.
2) Fir mware Upgrading
Touch to see the window as follo wing:
it remind s you whether to upgrade the firmware, it will exit if
no fi rmware upgradin g.
3) D efaulted Set
Reset your MP3 player back to defaulted setting. Touch
to pop up the window as following:
Choose “Yes” or “No” and touch to conf irm.
Languages:
Setup your language s of interface, there are 21 languag es
including:
Chinese Simple, Chine se Big5, English, K orea, Japanese,
Spanish, French, Deu tsch, Italian, Portugu ese, Russian

Connecting with computer
USB Display Mode
The player has a high-speed USB2.0 port, suppor ts the
systems including Windows98 (it needs to install the driver),
over W indows2K (it’s unnecessa ry to install the driver), Mac
OS 10.3 and over, Linux Redhat 8.0 and over. It supports
USB power supply and can be played w ithout battery. After
connecting to the P C (seve ral seco nds later), the player will
display the connecting mode as following:
Charging Battery Mode
If the battery is too low, the display will shows “Low
battery to power off”. Please turn it off and you can use
USB CABLE to charge the battery from computer.
During charging, the batter y icon will display as following .
After the char ging, the bat tery elec tricity will shows full grid s
(Fig.). It requires 3 hours to charge fully the batter y (note:
for the first two times using, please m ake sure to charge for
8 hours).

Download operation of WMA music with DRM
protection to MP3-Player
On W indow 98SE/ W indow ME / Windows 2000/ W indows
XP, WMA m usic with DRM should be transfe rred by
W indows Media P layer 9.0 and 10.0 version (10.0 version
for W indows XP only) to MP3-Player
Other download opera tion probably will caus e
MP3-Player can not read the WMA music with DRM file.
Operation introduction:
On W indow 98SE/ W indow ME / Windows 2000/ W indows
XP, user should upgrade W indows Media Player to 9.0 or
10.0 version ( 10.0 version only for W indows XP).
A) On Windows Media Player 9.0 version : (W indow
98SE/ W indow ME / W indows 2000/ Windows XP)
1) Connect your MP3. Player to PC
2) Open W indows Med ia Player 9.0
! Warning:
1. Before cha rging, please turn off mp4 player,
otherwise it wi ll cause MP3 player abnor mal working;
2. If you want MP 4 working during charging whe n
connecting compu ter, please re move the USB disk
function first from your computer

3) In Windows Media Player 9.0 , open the desired W MA
music with DRM
System maybe reque st to download the licens e in case if
user doe s not download the W MA m usic w ith DRM properly
from the website .
In this case, use r need download the licens e from music
publisher as instructio n of Microsoft Website.
4) In ope ration windows , click “File
“Copy” “Cop y to
Portable Device
5) In the opening windo ws , choose the d esired W MA music
with DRM as step 2)
And choose “Removab le Disk”
