Installing Preparations
1. After opening the carton, please read the instructions carefully, examine
boxes and packages for shipping damage. If the unit has been damaged, has
a finishing defect, or has missing parts, please contact our customer support
department within 3 business days of the delivery date. Please note that
Paragon Bath will not replace any damaged products or missing parts free of
charge after 3 business days or if the product has been installed. Feel free to
contact Paragon Bath if you have any questions.
2. Please note that you should consult your local building codes with
questions on installation compliance standards. Building and plumbing codes
may vary by location; we are not responsible for code compliance standards
for your project and will not accept any returns.
3. If this screen is going to be installed in a new construction, please, install all
of the required plumbing and drainage before installing the shower. Use a
competent and licensed (if required) plumber for all plumbing installation
period.
4. During installing, please make sure the installation surface is level and solid
and will be able to support the total weight of the screen. Also, make sure that
the walls are plumb. Depending on the type of screen you are installing, some
adjustments in leveling may be possible. However, irregular installation,
surface level or out of square conditions can result in serious problems for your
installation. Please note that some adjustments and drilling may be necessary.
Please protect all primary surfaces of the product during installation. Never set
your glass down directly onto a tile floor. Always use a piece of wood or
cardboard to protect the bottom edge and corners of the glass.
5. Please wear labor glasses during installation.

WARM TIPS
01:
Open the packaging carefully and inspect all the necessary parts using
detailed diagram and component list in your manual as a reference. Before
discarding the carton, check for small hardware bags that tend to fall to the
bottom of the box. If any parts are damaged or missing, please contact us for
replacement.

STEPS:
1. Measurement.
Measure the distance between two walls. This
distance is marked as W”.

2. Check the guide track
Your Guide tracks (08&09) has been precut for your shower model width:59.
If W-width of your wall-to-wall opening is equal to the size of your Shower
model, it is unnecessary to cut the Guide tracks .If W-width of your
wall-to-wall opening is less than the size of your Shower model, you will need
to cut the Guide tracks. upper guide track and bottom guide track both cut
in the same side which close to the moving glass.
The length to cut off will be L= Subtract W from the size of your Shower Model.

3. In order to make it easy for following installation of frames, its better to
tapping on both sides of the upper and bottom guide tracks. Use Philips screw
ST4*20(14) to lock to both ends of upper and bottom guide track, then loosen
the screws.

4. Drilling new holes on bottom guide track
4.1 Determine the hole position on bottom guide track

4.2. Use 1/8 drill bit to drill holes on bottom guide track

5. Determine shower door location.
5.1. Put the Wall profile (5) to the wall above the shower base and level it
vertically. Mark the drilling holes on the wall through the holes in the Wall
profile.
5.2. Remove the wall profile, use electric drill with 1/4 drill bit to drill holes and
use hammer to drive the Wall anchors (12) into the wall.

6. Assemble the upper guide track
push the wheel set into track 01 and track 02, and push wheel set buffer
blocks into track 01.
Kindly note: Top guide track comes with gear system and gear strips
assembled.

7. Assemble frames
7.1 Use Philips head screw ST4*20(14) to lock the upper and bottom guide
tracks to the vertical profiles(6)
Important note: before assemble frames please make sure the wheel set and
buffer block already install on top guide track. Refer to above Fig 6

7.2 use straight screw driver to lock vertical profile(6) to wall profile(5).

8. Place the complete frames to the two walls and use Philips head screws
ST4*30(13) to fix the frames to the walls.
Use Philips screw driver to lock spring assembly (16) to the slot with Philips
head screw ST4*12(11)

9. Install stationary glass
9.1. Snap the glass pad (18) into the bottom guide track.
9.2. Snap the glass connect part (20) to the glass and place the stationary
glass (28) to the glass pad, then push the stationary glass into the vertical
profile slowly and gently.
9.3. Use Philips driver to lock the glass fixed parts on upper (17) and bottom
(24) with Philips head screw ST4*12, then fill with screw covers (19).

10. Install middle moving glass
10.1 Please make sure the gear strip is well connected to the profile, and then
make sure the pull riverting screw is installed on the gear strip side.

10.2 Place the middle moving glass (27) to the upper guide track slot tipsily
and then adjust it slowly and gently till it is straight to the upper and bottom
guide tracks slot. Later insert the wheel set sheath to the moving glass profile
slot.
Kind remind: For safety consideration, its better to use protection on the
angles of bottom glass during this installation.

11. Install inner side moving glass
11.1 Please make sure the inner moving glass pull riverting screw is on the
side of small gear wheel. The big gear wheel is on inner side and the small
gear wheel is on outer side.

11.2 Inner side moving glass (26) installation step is same with the installation
step of middle moving glass. For details please refer to 9.2 and Fig 13.
12. Install bottom block
Snap one side of the bottom block (25) to the bottom guide track (8) and
then press the other side down to the profile. Using the Philips driver to lock
the block to the bottom guide track with Philips head screw ST4*12.

13. Install magnetic strips and waterproof strips

14. Install gap sealing strip.
All the Paragon bath shower door/tub screens
comes with gap sealing strip(21), its function
is to seal the tiny gap between stationary glass
and aluminum profile. After you install the glass
please insert the rubber to seal it for getting
perfect waterproof result.

15. Install handle(29)
Kindly note: Handle set already assembled, you just need to disassemble
during install on glass door and lock every part will be done.

16. Adjustment of inner side moving glass.
Pull the wheel set sheath a little out from the guide track, use Philips screw
driver to adjust the high of wheel set sheath until the big gear and the guide
track gear strip get good grip.

17. Adjustment of middle moving glass.
Pull the wheel set sheath a little out from the guide track, use Philips screw
driver to adjust the high of wheel set sheath until the small gear and the guide
track gear strip get good grip. Step same as above Fig 21.
Kindly note: If the grip between gear and gear strip is too tight will increase
heavy to open the door. While if the grip between gear and gear strip is too
loose, the moving orders will be upset between inner side moving glass and
middle moving glass. Just to make sure not too tight or too loose.
After adjustment, use Philips screws ST4*12 to lock the wheel set sheaths to
the profile of the inner moving glass and middle moving glass, and then fill with
screw cover.

18. Install decorative profile.
Insert the decorative profile(7) by 40 degree gradient to the opening gap of
vertical profile, make the decorative profile bottom to the same level as vertical
profile, then press the whole decorative profile, the spring set will help to
support and hold it tight inside the vertical profile.

20. Apply the sealant along the profiles and guide tracks.
on the seams between the bottom guide track and
the profiles as well as along the shower base.

Product
Maintenance
To ensure long lasting life for your shower door/bath tub screen, please clean
the dust or stains use non-abrasive sprays or cream based cleaners. Never
use abrasive cleansers, metal brushes or scrapers that could scratch or dull
the surface.
To ensure a long lasting hardware finish, wipe off the metal parts after each
use with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or cleaning products
containing ammonia, bleach or acid. If accidentally used, rinse the surface as
soon as possible to prevent finish peeling or corrosion. After cleaning the shiny
finishes, rinse thoroughly and wipe dry with soft cloth. Clean stainless steel
surfaces at least once a week. When applying stainless steel cleaner or polish,
work with (not against/across) the grain. Never use an abrasive sponge or
cloth, steel wool or wired brushes.

WARANTY INFORMATION
This is Paragon Bath LLC exclusive written warranty effective August 8, 2014
This warranty extends only to the original owner/end-user for household use only
and is not transferable to a subsequent owner. This warranty applies only to Paragon
Bath LLC products purchased from an authorized dealer and installed in United States
or Canada. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided with all
warranty claims. In no event shall the liability of Paragon Bath LLC exceed the
purchase price of the unit. If Paragon Bath LLC shower & tub doors, shower
enclosures and shower bases are used commercially, Paragon Bath LLC warrants such
products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from
initial date of purchase from an authorized dealer, with all other terms of this
warranty applying except duration Paragon Bath LLC
Paragon Bath LLC warrants that for a period of ten (10) years following from the
initial date of purchase by the owner/end-user, contractor or builder from an
authorized dealer. Paragon Bath LLC Shower Doors are warranted against material
defects and defects in workmanship. All other Shower Door components are
warranted for 10 years from date of sale. All warranty claims are subject to
inspection by Paragon Bath prior to us providing a remedy for the warranty claim.
Paragon Bath LLC hereby disclaims all warranties for products sold as store displays.
Paragon Bath LLC hereby disclaims all warranties for products used outside of the
United States or Canada whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to
the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Paragon Bath LLC will, at its election, repair, replace with product of equal value or
make appropriate adjustment where Paragon Bath LLC analysis or inspection of
warranty claim discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage within the
warranty period. Paragon Bath LLC warranty obligation shall be discharged upon
tender of replacement or repair. Purchasers refusal to accept the tender terminates
warranty obligation.
Cost of freight for returning products to Paragon Bath LLC for repairs or replacement
under this limited warranty are the responsibility of the customer. Cost of freight
associated with shipping of replacement product or parts to the customer may be
charged to customer. Any product replaced or repaired during the warranty period
will be covered only for the remaining period of the original warranty. In no event
will Paragon Bath LLC be liable for costs of repair or replacement of any installation
