Tomato soup
400-500 g Tomato - 6 ea (medium size), Garlic - 7~8Cloves,
Carrot - 1 ea (small size), Celery - 1stalk, Onion -
1ea (medium size), Pepper corns - 5~6, Oil - 1tbsp,
Butter - 1 tbsp, Salt & sugar as per your taste, Cream
- 2tbsp, Water - 2 cups
Instructions
Wash all vegetables. Cut tomatoes into quarters. Peel & chop garlic.
Peel & cut carrots in rounds. Chop celery, slice onion & crush pepper
corns. In microwave safe glass bowl put oil onion, carrot, celery and
garlic. Add 2cups of water & cook. When beep, let it be cool and
then blend in blender. Pour them in microwave safe glass bowl and
add butter, tomato puree, salt and sugar. Stir well and cook. Strain
and add cream and serve it hot.

Sweet corn
soup
300-350 g Sweet corn - 0.2 kg, Water - 1.5 cup, Oil - 1tbsp,
Corn flour - 1 tbsp, Chopped onion - 2tbsp, Green
chili - 1 ea (chopped), Salt, Sugar, Pepper corns as per
your taste
Instructions
Grind sweet corn with water (0.5 cup). Put it in microwave safe glass
bowl and cook. When beep, add oil, green chili, onion, flour, water
(1cup), salt, sugar and pepper corn. Mix well and cook.

Mushroom
soup
400-450 g Potato - 1 ea, Cabbage - 50 g, Onion - 1ea (small
size), Mushroom - 100 g, Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp, Oil
- 2 tbsp, Water - 2 cups, Salt, Sugar, Pepper as per
taste
Instructions
Chop all vegetables. In microwave safe glass bowl put potato,
cabbage, onion, 2 cups of water and cook. When beep, grind the
stalk with some water and then add oil, chopped mushroom, salt,
black pepper, sugar and tomato sauce. Mix well and press start.
Serve hot and garnish with grated cheese.

Spinach soup
400-500 g Spinach leaves - 2 cup (chopped), Butter - 1tbsp,
Milk - ½ cup, Salt, Pepper, Nutmeg powder as per
your taste
Instructions
In microwave safe glass bowl put spinach leaves and some water.
When beep, blend the spinach to a smooth puree in a blender. And
then add butter, the milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg powder. Mix well
and press start.

Tom yum
soup
300-350 g Mushroom - 6~7 (chopped), Fresh coriander leaves
a few spring, Green or fresh red chili - 3~4, Lemon
grass - 4 inches stalk, Lime leaves - 4~5, Salt as per
your taste, Thai red curry paste - 2tbsp, Lemon juice -
2tbsp, Water - 4 cups
Instructions
In microwave safe glass bowl add 4 cups of water, lemon grass,
lime leaves, 2 red or green chili and salt. Mix well and cook. When
beep, grind the stalk with some water and then add oil, chopped
mushroom and Thai red curry paste. Serve hot with Lemon juice &
red or green chili.
