RAISE AND RELEASE
DRAWER FRONTS
These units are equipped with the raise
and release drawer front system.
To open, lift up on the drawer front while
pulling out towards you.
To close, shut the drawer firmly until the
latch engages.
If the drawer does not stay closed, the
drawer contents may be the obstruction,
or the hook may be slightly bent or it may
be rubbing up against the drawer slides. To
resolve this problem, lightly bend the hook
until the drawer engages in the slide.
INSTALL THE CASTERS
Carefully lay the wingbox on its back using
a soft mat under the back for protection.
Position the two swivel casters on the
bottom of the wingbox, on the right side
(same side as the handle). Insert the M8x20
bolts through the washers, then through
the casters and into the bottom of the
wingbox. Tighten securely using a 14 mm
socket. Repeat for the two rigid casters on
the other side of the wingbox.
TO REMOVE DRAWERS
AND WORK TOP
Pull the drawer or the work top out so it is
almost fully extended. PUSH UP ON THE
RIGHT hand black release lever, while
PULLING DOWN ON THE LEFT hand black
release lever. While holding the levers in
the positions as instructed above, pull the
drawer outward until it is released from the
drawer slide.
PUSH UP (RIGHT HAND SIDE)
PULL DOWN (LEFT HAND SIDE)
TO REPLACE
DRAWERS AND
WORK TOP
Extend the drawer or work top slides from
the wingbox. Insert the brackets on each
side of the drawer or work top into the
slots in the wingbox slides, being careful
that they are positioned properly. Once
properly inserted, completely close the
drawer/work top to set the slides in their
proper positions.

MAINTENANCE
For casters, use high quality bearing
grease (annually/yearly).
Lubricate the slides (twice a year) with
a product like WD40 or other quality
lubricant. This is especially true as the
temperature decreases, the bearing can
become stiff.
Periodically the drawer fronts, drawer trim,
and other surfaces should be cleaned with
mild detergent and water.
Auto wax will preserve the wingbox’s luster
finish. Apply the wax as you would to a
car. The wax will also help protect the unit
against scratches.
Grease and oil can be removed with most
standard cleaning fluids. For safety, use a
nonflammable cleaning fluid.
