Mounting instruction
How to mount the R82 5-point belt
Use the ttings (A) and (B) on the chair to mount the 5-point belt. If
no ttings are mounted, please use the enclosed x locks and belt
ttings to mount the 5-point belt as shown on picture (C) and (D).
Any doubt on mounting, please contact a local therapist or autho-
rized R82 dealer.
* Always mount the shoulder straps (1) a little higher than the
shoulder height of the user.
* Mount the lower straps (2) at the back of the seat. Mount them
in about 45° angle of the seat.
Always tighten all straps securely to obtain optimal safety, sup-
port and comfort. The 5-point belt is fitted correctly when two
fingers can be put between the harness and the child’s body.
Check before every use.
Never leave the user unattended. Ensure permanent supervi-
sion by an adult. Take care that all fixations and adjustments are
placed and fitted correctly. Incorrect fitting may cause serious
injury. Check before every use.
All buckles must be checked and cleaned on a regular basis.
To obtain optimal safety, always keep the buckles cleaned.
Carefully read the care label on the harness to maintain and
wash the 5-point belt correctly.
