7. Operation
7.1 Recommended spreading settings
(Fig. 1 / Item 2)
Each spreader material is supplied with instructions
on how many grams per square meter are to be
spread. Set a low flow rate for smaller quantities and
increase the flow rate for larger quantities.
The following settings are recommended:
Setting 1: fine grass seeds
Setting 2: coarse grass seeds
Setting 3: light fertilizer
Setting 4: heavy fertilizer
Setting 5: pearled fertilizer or de-icer
Note:
Numerous variable factors (such as walking speed,
working height, motor speed etc.) do not allow a
specific recommendation of the spreading setting.
Rather, the optimal setting must be determined by the
user when starting with the work.
7.2 Spreading (Fig. 1/3)
Note:
The ON/OFF switch (6) activates the opening for the
spreader material as well as the spreader wheel.
Important! You cannot actuate the ON/OFF switch
(6) until you have pushed back the switch lock (1).
The switch lock may become detached if you fail to
observe this point.
1. Ensure that the ON/OFF switch (6) is not
activated and that the infinitely adjustable speed
controller (5) is set to position “0”.
2. Place the spreader on a paved surface and fill
spreading material into the spreading material

spreading material using the spreading quantity
adjustment (2).
4. Set the required spreading width using the speed
controller (5).
5. Push back the switch lock (1) and activate the
ON/OFF switch (6).
6. After carrying out work on a small area, adjust the
settings if necessary.
8. Cleaning, maintenance and ordering
of spare parts
Before carrying out any cleaning work, make sure that
the ON/OFF switch is not activated and that the
infinitely adjustable speed controller is set to position
“0”.

in modo ecologico.
