Philipswarranttotheoriginalpurchaserforaperiodoftwentyfour(24)monthsfromthedateofshipmentex-factoryoftheequipmentthatshouldtheequipmentprovedefectiveby

reasonofimproperworkmanshipormaterial,Philipswillrepairorreplacethesamewithoutchargeprovidedtheequipmenthasnotbeenimproperlyinstalled,operated,repaired,damaged

orabused.Thewarrantygrantedhereinislimitedtorepairorreplacementonly.Philipshastherighttosubstituteanywarrantyitemnotonthecurrentprice/equipmentlist.Asfarasthelaw

permits,Philipsshallnotbeliableforanylossordamagecausedtopropertyorpersonsarisingfromanycausewhatsoever.ThiswarrantyissubjecttothereturnoftheequipmenttoPhilips,
