reasonofimproperworkmanshipormaterial,Philipswillrepairorreplacethesamewithoutchargeprovidedtheequipmenthasnotbeenimproperlyinstalled,operated,repaired,damaged
orabused.Thewarrantygrantedhereinislimitedtorepairorreplacementonly.Philipshastherighttosubstituteanywarrantyitemnotonthecurrentprice/equipmentlist.Asfarasthelaw
