Grillerette Pro Instruction Manual
CAUTION! The use of charcoal briquettes, lighter fluid/gel and high temperatures can be dangerous and even deadly. This grill
should only be used by those highly experienced with grilling and comfortable in how this grill and other charcoal grills operate.
Precautions should be taken to ensure that the grilling area is safe and clear before starting. Never use without good ventilation
and always ensure no flammable objects are nearby. Children should never be allowed near the grill. The grill should never be
left unattended, including during cool down. Do not clean or store until fully cool. Dispose of briquettes in proper, nonflammable
receptacle only when 100% cool. If there is any safety risk or concern, the grill should not be used.

Solutions for Common Questions & Safety Information
I’m having trouble finding lighter gel mentioned in the instructions.
Sterno and other companies make a lighter gel product that works well for this application.
Search “sterno lighter gel” at online retailers or check with local retailers where you buy your
charcoal.
You may also opt to use charcoal that contains a small amount of lighter fluid within it. This type
of application would produce more smoke than doing it as recommended in the instructions, so
be sure you are outdoors and aware of the downsides.
Can I use matches?
We recommend a click lighter, but very long matches can also be used. Small matches should not
be used as there is too much risk in burning yourself.
Can I use presoaked charcoal or charcoal with lighter fluid?
We highly recommend the gel as it produces the least smoke and gas smell. You can use charcoal
with lighter fluid or presoaked with lighter fluid, but use caution. By using charcoal with lighter
fluid or presoaked with lighter fluid, you are creating more smoke and a gas smell that will linger
with the food. Try and avoid the presoaked kind as it contains excessive amounts of lighter fluid.
By leveraging the fan and a little fluid, you can make it work. Always use Grillerette Pro outdoors.
I cant hear the fan.
The fan is quiet and not very audible nor forceful, but if the light is on, then the unit is working.
The max setting may make the grill too hot for the food you are cooking, so we advise you to
control the temperature of the grill using the fan control.
Please also check that the batteries are new and they are inserted as displayed on the cartridge.
The charcoal is not lighting.
Just like with any charcoal grill, it takes some patience! Be sure you are protected from the wind,
and make sure the charcoal briquettes on the bottom of the cannister are lit first, as the flames
and heat will travel up to light the top pieces. Once lit, the fan will keep the charcoal going!
How do I clean it?
We recommend just wiping off the grease tray and the griddle after use. Do not use the
dishwasher or soap. Do not use a wire brush. Wiping off is usually all you need. It's a grill and not
supposed to get fully clean - residue enhances flavor. When 100% cool, dump the charcoal. When
all items are cool, place back in bag.
Is there a video on assembly or use?
Yes, visit TableTopChefs.com to see videos on assembly and use.
What’s the warranty?
See below in the instruction manual for the full warranty. There is a 1 year warranty on anything
that is a manufacturer defect. Please note that we do not cover damage from misuse or broken
parts. We do not cover lost parts. To get in touch with us with a warranty question or claim,
please email us at inf[email protected].
I would like to order the optional accessories I see in the instruction manual.
You may visit TableTopChefs.com to purchase the optional accessories kit that includes lid with
temperature gauge, a custom grill, tongs and a brush!
I’m having other challenges not addressed here.

CAUTION!
The Grillerette Pro is an actual grill and should be treated with care.
The grill, when the charcoal is lit, gets very hot, and you can burn
yourself if you touch it. The grill should not be used by persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities. Anyone with lack
of experience and knowledge should be under close supervision and
use precaution until comfortable. Read the instructions in full
before use.
Children shall not play with, operate, or attempt to clean the
Grillerette in any manner. It is not a toy and should be treated as a
grill, which can become very hot and also dangerous if misused.
Parts of the grill become hot during use. Therefore, the grill must
only be touched on the main body before the grill is being used and
only after the charcoal has stopped emitting heat and has cooled
off. Avoid touching anything else.
Do not wash any part of the grill until the charcoal has died and
everything has cooled off completely. This can take several hours.
Never wash the main body with water and do not submerge in
water ever, as it can cause serious irreparable damage to the
product. Use a towel to clean the main body.
Be sure to keep the Grillerette away from other flames and heat
sources, and be very careful when lighting the grill.
With all grills there is a risk of burns and fire when cooking.
Use the product on a flat surface to prevent accidental falls or
slippage, which could result in a fire.
