8 FAQ
If problems occur during the use of the device, refer to the following sections for
suggested solutions. If the problems persist, contact your device vendor.
Why am I unable to access the Internet on a device?
1. Check that the router is powered on.
2. Check that the USIM card is installed correctly and working properly.
3. Check that the Antenna mode is Inner when the external antenna is not
installed on the router. For details, go to the web management page to check.
4. Check the signal strength and make sure that the router is located in an area
within LTE/3G network coverage.
5. Check that the network mode is correct. For details, go to the management
page to check WAN Status.
6. Check that parameters such as profile, APN, user name, and password are
correct. These parameters are provided by your service provider. For details,
go to the management page to check Profile list and consult your service
provider.
7. Check that the connection between the router and the device is established.
8. Check that the DHCP service is activated on the router, and the device has
obtained an IP address.
9. Check that the parameters such as WLAN MAC Filter, LAN IP Filter, and URL
Filter of the router are correct.
10. Check that the network adapter of the device works normally.
If the problem persists, consult your service provider.
The handset will not power on. What can I do?
1. Remove the battery cover and check that the battery is installed correctly.
2. If the battery is correctly installed, a possible cause for the problem is that the
battery is low. Charge the battery, and then try to power on the handset.
No information is displayed on the handset screen. Why?
If the handset has not been used for a long time or the battery runs out of power,
the handset may not display any information when it is being charged. This is
normal. The handset can be powered on after the battery has been charged for a
while.
The battery cannot be charged. What can I do?
1. Check that the handset is correctly mated with the handset base.
2. Check that the handset base and the power adapter are connected correctly.
3. Check that the power adapter and the power socket are connected correctly.
4. Replace the power adapter or the battery with a new one of the same model.
