thecNODEMiniSbeforeconnectingthecNODE
batterychargertothemains(110or220V AC).
Thebatterymustbefullychargedbeforelong
termstorageanditisrecommendedtorecharge
thebatteryevery6monthstomakesurethe
batterydoesnotdischargeovertime.
Requiredbatterystatefortransportationis
30%orlessremainingcapacitytocomplywith
regulations.
Procedure
1Switchoffthetransponder.
2Lettheunitwarmuporcooldowntoan
ambienttemperatureof10°Cto40°C
beforecharging.
3ConnectthecNODEbatterychargerplug
(B)totheconnectoronthecNODEMiniS
markedCHARGE(C).
4ConnectthecNODEbatterycharger(A)to
mains(110or220V AC).
5Removethepowercordaftercharging,
beforeremovingtheconnectorfromthe
cNODEMiniS.
Result
TheLEDindicatoronthechargerashesgreen
whencharging.Itnormallytakesabout30
secondsbeforethechargingstartsandtheLED
indicatorstartsashinggreenafterconnectingthe
cNODEbatterychargertothemains.Thebattery
willbechargedwithin1hour.TheLEDindicator
willstaygreenwhenfullycharged.
Thetransponderisthenreadyforuse.
TurningonthecNODEMiniS
Thetransponderisdesignedforoperationin
wateronly.Thetranspondermaybeoperatedin
airfortestpurposesoverashortperiodoftime.
