Owners Manual Addendum for DVD Player-Equipped Systems
Congratulations on purchasing a Rosen system equipped with a
DVD Player. This DVD Player comes with its own remote control,
which replaces the Video Cassette Player remote control described
in the Owners Manual. This addendum explains these differences
in order to help you use your DVD player.
Using the DVD Player
To insert a DVD disc into the DVD Player, first press the blue eject
button to make sure the slot is empty. Then gently insert a DVD
disc into the empty slot.

Using the System Remote
There are two sets of buttons on the system remote: the white buttons and
the gray buttons. The gray buttons function as described in the Owners
Manual. Note that the gray “LCD Power” button now reads “System Power”.

Using the System Remote (continued)
It’s important to note that the white “MENU/ENTER”
button serves a different function than the gray
“MENU” button.
- The gray “MENU” button accesses the system’s menu
as described in the Owners Manual Chapter 2,
“Remote Control and On-Screen Menus”.
- The white “MENU/ENTER” button accesses DVD
menu functions, which are standard functions on all
DVD players.
- Once the DVD menu is accessed with the MENU/
ENTER button, use the navigation keys to select the
desired feature, and then use the MENU/ENTER
button again to enter that selection.
