1. Remove cardboard carton.

2. Remove plastic covering, hardware

and all parts provided.

3. Attach top of front shocks to shock bracket

on frame using 8mm bolt and nut.

Torque to 17 ft.lbs.

4. Attach front wheel steering

knuckle to a-arm using 12mm

bolt and nut. Torque to 35 ft.lbs.

5. Attach tie-rod to front wheel steering

knuckle using castle nut. Be sure to

secure with cotter pin.

7. Attach left and right rear wheels to rear axle

using washer castle nut and cotter pin.

Attach wheel dust cover.

6. Remove and discard left and

right rear stabilizer bar, replace with rear

shocks using 8mm bolts and nuts.

Torque to 17 ft.lbs.

8. Pull up on steering shaft (steering wheel will already be

attached to steering shaft), attach to frame using steering

shaft bracket and 8mm bolts and nuts. Torque to 17 ft.lbs.

9. Attach the driver and passenger headrest. Insert headrest

brackets into slot on top of seat and push down.

10. Attach A and B brush guards to frame

using 45mmx8mm and 55mmx8mm allen

head bolts (see above photos).

11. Attach cross brush guards C and D to brush guards A and B using

55mmx8mm allen head bolt, beveled spacer and lock washer.

12. Attach side brush guards to frame and

brush guards A and B using 45mmx8mm allen

head bolt, 8mm nut and beveled spacer.

13. Attach rear brush guard to frame

using 13mm bolt, spacer and washer.

14. Fill engine with correct amount of oil. Refer

to owners manual for oil types and quantity.

15. Fill gas tank as specied in owners manual.

17. Refer to owners manual for

proper starting instructions.

!!WARNING!!

This engine may be shipped with packing oil.

This oil should be drained and replaced with

new oil as described in the owners manual.

Never attempt to start engine without rst

replacing engine oil with proper amount and

grade as described in the owners manual.

16. Attach vinyl wraps to frame.
