1. The clipper will not charge.
a. Check that the household electrics are on—test by plugging in another appliance.

2. The running time is too short.
a. Make sure that the clipper is fully charged before each use. Refer to how to charge.
b. The blades may not be adequately lubricated. Oil the blades before, during, and after each use.

c. When the service life of the blades is about to run out, the blades may consume more power to
perform clipping, which will shorten the running time of the clipper. Your clipper keeps track of
the blade service life and the status is shown in real-time on the display. Replace the blades if
needed. Refer to when and how to replace the blades.
d. Over time, it is normal to have a moderate reduction in battery discharge time due to battery age

3. The clipper will not switch on.
The clipper is to be used cordlessly. It will not turn on while being charged.
4. The clipper will not switch off.
The clipper is switched off by turning the sliding switch to the 0 position.
5. Clipper stops working or has no display.
a. Fully charge the clipper. Refer to how to charge.
b. The clipper has a built-in safety mechanism that will automatically stop it if exceeds the safe
operating temperature range or if the blades become blocked.
c. The ambient temperature range for operating and charging should be 14°F to 113°F. Use it
indoors only.
d. The blades may not be adequately lubricated. Oil the blades before, during, and after each use.

e. The blades may be clogged. Refer to how to clean the blades.
f. Switch the clipper on again after trying the above steps.
6. There is no speed difference between modes.
a. Change modes as follows:
i. Turn the sliding switch to the 1 position to switch to Quiet mode.
ii. Turn the sliding switch to the 2 position to switch to Turbo mode. Press the SMART
button in either Quiet or Turbo mode to switch to Smart mode.
iii. Press the SMART button when in Smart mode to exit Smart mode and return to the
previous mode.
b. The Smart mode automatically adjusts speed only upon detecting the hair condition of the current
clipping area. The speed under Smart mode may have no difference to Quiet mode if the clipper
is not actually clipping.
c. If your pet’s hair is extremely fine and sparse, the speed under Smart mode may have no
difference to Quiet mode.

7. The clipper makes unusual noise.
a. The level of sound from your clipper will vary depending on the power mode selected. To
decrease the noise, use the sliding switch to select Quiet Mode.

c. Do not use the product with a damaged or broken attachment comb nor with teeth missing from

10. The clipper pulls hair or cuts unevenly
a. If your pet’s hair is matted, when your blades or attachment comb gets clogged with mats, they
won’t be able to cut properly, even if the blades are sharp and the clipper motor has enough
power. We recommend brush out your pet’s coat thoroughly and give them a bath before you clip.
When moving your clipper, follow the direction of the hair growth.
b. Make sure your pet's hair is dry. The clipper does not clip wet hair properly.
c. The blades may not be adequately lubricated. Oil the blades before, during, and after each use.

11. The blades overheat
a. Due to the high-speed nature of your clipper, it is normal that the blade temperature will increase
moderately during use.
b. The ambient temperature range for operating and charging should be 14°F to 113°F. use it
indoors only.
c. The blades overheat faster if not adequately lubricated. Oil the blades before, during, and after
each use. Refer to how to oil the blades.
d. The blades overheat faster if clogged. Clean and oil the blades while the clipper is off. Refer to
how to clean the blades.
e. Do not use the product with a damaged or broken attachment comb nor with teeth missing from
the blades as injury may occur. Replace the blades.
f. To cool down the blades, switch off the clipper and place it in a cool and ventilated place for 5
minutes, or replace the blades.
12. Blade service life icon on the display flashes
a. The clipper intelligently keeps track of your blade service life. If the wrench icon flashes, it
indicates the blades have run out of life and should be replaced.
b. After replacing the blades, press and hold the RESET button at the bottom of the clipper handle
for 5 seconds to reset the blade life monitoring function. The icon will show five bars again after
it is successfully reset.
13. What are the differences between the attachment combs/guides/guards and what size should I
use?
a. There are 6 sizes of attachment combs included in the box to trim the hair to different lengths.
From the largest to the smallest:
The 3/4″ comb leaves hair approximately 3/4″.
The 5/8″ comb leaves hair approximately 5/8″.
The 1/2″ comb leaves hair approximately 1/2″.
The 3/8″ comb leaves hair approximately 3/8″.
The 1/4″ comb leaves hair approximately 1/4″.
The 1/8″ comb leaves hair approximately 1/8″.
b. When using the clipper for the first time, if you are unsure of how long each comb leaves the hair,
start by placing the largest comb and make your way down if the desired length is shorter.
c. When using an attachment comb, if your pet’s hair is matted, the attachment comb may get
clogged with mats and prevent the blades from reaching and hair and cutting properly, even if the
blades are sharp and the clipper motor has enough power. We recommend brush out your pet’s
coat thoroughly and give them a bath before you clip. When moving your clipper, follow the
direction of the hair growth.
14. How to install the attachment combs?
Hold the comb with teeth up and snap it firmly to the bottom of the clipper blades until you hear a
click.
15. How to turn on or off the auxiliary light?
Make sure that the clipper is powered on the any mode and briefly press the RESET button at the
bottom of the clipper handle to turn the light on or off.
16. How to charge the clipper?
a. Connect to a USB port using the cable included in the box. If using a USB adapter to connect to
the power outlet, make sure that the adapter is 5V/1A.
b. It takes about 3-4 hours to fully charge. You will know that the battery is fully charged when the
battery icon on the display is steady green.
c. The clipper will not turn on while being charged.
17. How to remove the blades?
a. To remove the blades, with the clipper off, press the blades where they are attached to the
clipper's body with your thumb and push the blades backward firmly. To avoid causing damage
to the blades from falling, take care to hold the blades with your hands when removing them.
b. Handle with care and be gentle to avoid causing injury to yourself. Be careful not to allow the
blades to hit metal and other hard objects, otherwise it may lead to blade damage.

a. To install the blades, with the clipper off, align the blades with the slot on the back of the clipper's
body, and then push it into the body.

19. How to clean the blades?
Excess hair and dirt may accumulate between the blades. After removing the blades with the clipper
off, you can and clean the hair away with the cleaning brush included in the box or a worn out toothbrush.

20. How to oil the blades?
a. Oil the blades before, during, and after each use. The oil icon on your clipper screen
will flash when your blades need lubrication.
b. To oil the blades, turn on the clipper in Quiet mode, and place a few drops of oil on the front and
each side of the blades. Leave the clipper running for a couple of seconds for the oil to penetrate
evenly between the blades. Then turn off the clipper and wipe excess oil off blades with a soft dry
cloth.
c. Use clippers-dedicated oil. Do not use hair oil, grease, or any oil mixed with kerosene or other
solvents at any time.
21. How to cool down the blades?
a. If the blades are not adequately lubricated, the blade temperature will rise rapidly. Please oil the
blades as needed.
b. Your clipper intelligently monitors the blade temperature. Check the current blade temperature on
the screen regularly.
c. If the temperature gets too high, you can switch off the clipper and place it in a cool and
ventilated place for 5 minutes. If there are replacement blades at hand, you can also replace the
blades to continue clipping.
22. When and how to replace the blades
a. Replace the blades if they are broken or have reached the end of their service life (when the blade
life monitoring icon on the clipper screen flashes). Do not use the clipper with a
