Installation & Loading Instructions - Please Read Before Beginning

1. Remove the four outside Levelers located on the bottom
of the Frame Legs. See image 1.
NOTE: If this is a new installation, skip Step 1 and go
directly to Step 2.

. Screw the caster all the way through the Frame Leg. Apply
a washer and lock nut to the exposed threaded end. Firmly
tighten. Repeat for the other three casters. See image 3.
. Align and screw the caster into the threaded nut
on the outside bottom of the Frame Leg. Repeat
for the other three casters. See image 2.

. To lock the caster into a fixed position, press down
on the plastic tab. To release, pull up. See image 4.
