INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1) Verify product information and package integrity.
2) Write on the label the adequate information (patient name, test,
sample etc.).
3) Open the centrifuge test tube.
4) Using the appropriate tool, put the sample in the tube for dilution,
storage, centrifugation, bacterial culture or other application.
5) Close the centrifuge tube with its cap effectively to avoid any leakage
during centrifugation.
USE WARNINGS
•Device intended for use by healthcare professionals;
•Use protective gloves.
•Do not place the device near a flame.
•Do not use the product if expired, damaged or with opened
package.
•Do not change the intended use, any other use is considered
improper.
•Keep out of reach of children.
•Use the device only with suitable accessories.
•Store in a dry place, away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
•Dispose of this product in accordance with local regulations, in a
biohazard waste container.
•The device is disposable. Reuse of the device will result in the loss
of all performance and characteristics.
•Any serious incident occurring with the device shall be reported to
the manufacturer and to the Competent Authority of the country in
which the patient resides.
