Casablanca S3 Instructions for Mounting

WARNING: To reduce the possiblity of electrical shock, be sure that the power is turned off at its source(fuse

or circuit breaker). All electrical components must be installed in accordance with national and local

electrical codes. To reduce the risk of ﬁre and electrical shock, use this light ﬁxture only with UL Listed Casa-

blanca Stealth or S3 Ceiling Fans.

Step 1. Remove existing glass by gently pushing up on the

glass and rotate glass counter-clockwise until the glass tabs

from the ﬁxture align with the indentations on the glass.

Step 2. Remove halogen light bulb from socket.

Step 3. Package up glass and bulb for safe keeping if you ever

decide to re-install.

Step 4. Install socket plug into the socket.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MOUNTING THE NO LIGHT CAP

FOR AN EXISTING FAN

SOCKET PLUG

Step 5. Take the No Light Cap and position the indentations

in the outer rim of the cap so that they line up with the tabs

on the inside surface of the ﬁxture rim

Step 6. Carefully push the cap up inside the light ﬁxture as

far as it will go and rotate in a clockwise direction until it

falls into the notch for each tab.

Step 7. Turn power back on at the circuit breaker or fuse-

box.

This completes the installation of the No Light Cap.

NO LIGHT CAP

S3C-xx for S3 Fan or STLHC-xx for Stealth Fan

FOR NEW FAN

Step 1. Follow instructions in your fan manual until you come

to “bulb Installation”.

Step 2. Install socket plug into socket.

Step 3. Take the No Light Cap and position the indentations

in the outer rim of the cap so that they line up with the tabs

on the inside surface of the ﬁxture rim.

Step 4. Carefully push the cap up inside the light ﬁxture as

far as it will go and rotate in a clockwise direction until it

falls into the notch for each tab.

This completes the installation of the No Light Cap.
