3. 一般安全资料

4. 特殊安全说明

作业时,如果切割配件有可能接触隐藏的电线或
电动工具本身的电线,一定要握着绝缘手柄操作

作业时附加手柄必须安装正确。
务必用双手握住预装的手柄来操作电动工具,站
稳并专心作业。
使用此电动工具作业时,务必佩戴护目镜、防护
手套和结实的防护鞋。
确保您施工的位置没有埋设电线、燃气管道或水
(例如,可以使用金属探测器探测)。
如果安全耦合有响应,立即关闭机器。
切勿触碰转动的电动工具!
固定工件,防止滑动或转动(例如,可使用螺旋
夹钳固定)。
只能在电动工具完全停止运转后才能去除碎片和

6. 首次运行
接通电源之前,请检查额定主电压和主频率
(在铭牌上注明)是否与现有的电源相同。
务必在上游安装一个最大脱扣电流为 30 毫安

6.1 附加手柄的组装
为安全起见,务必使用随附的附加手柄。
逆时针旋转侧向手柄 (7),打开夹紧环。将附加手
柄按压到电钻的套管上。插入限深器 (8)。以应用
所需的角度安全地拧紧附加手柄。
7. 首次运行
7.1 设置限深器
松开附加手柄 (7)。将限深器 (8) 设置到所需的钻
孔深度,然后重新拧紧附加手柄 (7)
7.2 启动与关闭
按下触发开关 (15) 启动工具。
可使用触发开关变换速度。
UHEV 2860-2 Quick
电子软启动能够使电动工具持续加速至预选速度。
为连续工作,可用锁定按钮 (14) 锁定触发开关。
再次按下触发按钮可关闭工具。
连续工作期间,如过电动工具脱手,它会继
续运转。因此,必须始终用双手握住电动工
具的手柄,站稳并专心作业。
7.3 选择速度(仅限 UHE...
根据应用选择拇指轮 (12) 的最佳速度。
7.4 选择操作模式
按下锁 (9) 并转动拇指轮 (10)

(仅在使用锤钻夹头 (1) 时设定)
钻凿

设定凿锤位置
将凿锤转到所需的位置。然后选择“钻凿”

7.5 选择旋转方向
除非电机已完全停止,否则请勿激活旋转选

R = 顺时针方向旋转(适用于钻孔、锤钻钻孔、
钻凿、钻入螺钉)
L = 逆时针方向旋转(用于移除螺钉)
7.6 更换电钻夹头
更换夹头时确保主轴 (6) 干净清洁。在主轴涂
上一层薄薄的油脂。(专用油脂:订货号:
6.31800
务必安装随附的麦太保夹头。
移除夹头:
请参见第 2 页的图 C
- 沿箭头方向转动夹头锁 (3),直到停止 (a),并移
除夹头 (b)
更换夹头:
请参见第 2 页的图 D
- 将夹头套在主轴 (6) (a)
- 沿箭头 (b) 的方向转动夹头锁 (3),直到夹头彻底
套住主轴,然后松开夹头锁。

7.7 SDS 夹头工具更换
安装之前,清洁钻杆并涂抹专用油脂(配件
订货号 6.31800)!仅使用 SDS-Plus 钻头。
插入钻头:
- 旋转钻头并插入,直至卡合到位。钻头自动锁定。
移除钻头:
请参见第 2 页的图 A
- 沿箭头所示方向 (a) 向后拉动钻头锁 (2) 并移除
钻头 (b)
7.8 钻头更换自锁夹头(视设备而定)
对金属、木材等等进行无冲击钻孔以及钻入螺钉
时,使用自锁夹头。
固定钻头(见第 2 页的图 B):
沿“打开,松动”方向 (a) 转动套管 (5)。尽可能
深地插入钻头 (b),并且朝反方向转动套管,直至感
到明显的机械阻力为止 (c)。小心!钻头尚未固定!
继续用力转动(必须听到“咔哒”声),直至无
法再转动为止 - 此时钻头才安全地固定。
注意:反向转动套筒,可消除打开夹头后可能听
见的咔哒声(视功能而定)。
使用软钻杆时,电钻头每运行一小段时间就必须
重新紧固夹头。
8. 维护与清洁
务必保持主轴 (6) 清洁并涂上一薄层油脂。(专用
油脂:订货号:6.31800
清洁 (4) 自锁夹头:
在长期使用后,将夹头开口朝下,沿竖直方向握
紧夹头,完全打开再关闭夹头数次。累积的粉尘
会从开口处落下。建议定期使用清洁喷雾剂清洁
夹爪及其开口。
通风孔:
应定期清洁机器的通风孔。
9. 故障排除
如果无法按下触发按钮 (15),请检查旋转选择开关
(13) 是否完全在位置 R L
电子信号指示 (11)
- 快速闪灯 - 重启保护
出于安全原因,在停电后恢复供电时,机器不会
启动(尽管未关闭开关)。若要继续操作,请关
闭电钻并重新启动。
10. 配件
只能使用麦太保原厂配件。
仅可使用符合使用说明中所列要求及规格的配件。
牢固地安装配件。如果机器是放在固定座中操
作:务必固定好机器。电动工具失控可能造成人
身伤害。

12. 环境保护
有关废弃的工具、包装和配件的环保性处置及回
收,请遵循国家相关规定。
仅适用于欧盟国家/地区:不得将电动工具
与生活垃圾一同处置!根据有关废旧电子和
电气设备的欧盟指令 2002/96/EC 及其在国
家法律系统中的实施方案,废旧的电动工具必须
单独收集和上交,从而以环保的方式回收。

well as drilling without impact in metal, wood, etc
and for screwdriving.
The user bears sole responsibility for any damage
caused by inappropriate use.
Generally accepted accident prevention
regulations and the enclosed safety information
must be observed.
3. General Safety Information
For your own protection and for the
protection of your power tool, pay

concentrate on the work.
Always wear protective goggles, gloves, and sturdy
shoes when working with this tool.
Ensure that the spot where you wish to work is free
of power cables, gas lines or water pipes (e.g.
using a metal detector).

replaced. Never operate a machine with a defective

Safety clutch: f the tool jams or catches, the power

force which can arise, always hold the machine
with both hands using the handles provided, stand

cancer, allergic reaction, respiratory disease,

Use a suitable extraction unit.

or blowing stirs up dust.

6. Initial Operation
Before plugging in, check that the rated mains
voltage and mains frequency, as stated on the
type plate match your power supply.
Always install an RCD with a maximum trip
current of 30 mA upstream.
6.1 Assembly of the additional handle
For safety reasons, always use the additional
handle supplied.
Open the clamping ring by turning the side handle
(7) counter-clockwise. Push the additional handle
onto the collar of the machine. Insert the depth stop
(8). Securely tighten the additional handle at the
angle required for the application.
7. Initial Operation
7.1 Depth Stop Setting
Loosen the additional handle (7). Set the depth
stop (8) to the desired drilling depth and retighten
additional handle (7).
7.2
Press the trigger switch (15) to switch on the machine.
The speed can be changed using the trigger switch.
UHEV 2860-2 Quick:
The electronic soft start means that the machine
accelerates continuously up to the pre-selected
speed.
For continuous operation, the trigger button can be
locked using the lock button (14). Press the trigger
switch again to stop the machine.
In continuous operation, the machine
continues running if it is forced out of your
hands. Therefore, always hold the machine with
both hands using the handles provided, stand
securely and concentrate.
7.3 Select speed (only for UHE...)
Select the optimal speed at the thumbwheel (12)
depending on the application.
7.4 Operating mode selection
Press the lock (9) and turn the thumbwheel (10).
Hammer drilling
(Set only when using the hammer chuck (1) )
Chiselling
(Set only when using the hammer chuck (1) )
Setting chisel position
Tu rn the chisel in the desired position. Then
select “Chiselling” to secure the chisel and
prevent it from twisting.
Only for KHE...:
Drilling

7.5 Selection of direction of rotation
Only activate the rotation selector switch (13)
when the motor has completely stopped.
Select direction of rotation:
R = clockwise rotation (for drilling, hammer
drilling, chiselling, drive in screws)
L = anti-clockwise rotation (for the removal of
screws)
7.6 Drill chuck change
Ensure a clean spindle (6) when changing the
chuck. Apply a light coating of grease to the
spindle. (Special grease: Order No.: 6.31800)
Only attach the Metabo chuck provided.
Removing the chuck:

- Turn the chuck lock (3) in the direction of the
arrow until the stop (a) and remove chuck (b).
Replacing the chuck:
- Put the chuck onto the spindle (6) (a).
- Tu rn the chuck lock (3) in the direction of the arrow
(b) until the chuck can be pushed completely onto
the spindle and release the chuck lock.
- Check to see that the chuck is properly seated.
Note: To prevent the spindle from rotating when the
chuck is being changed, put the switch button (10)
to chiselling
.
7.7 To ol change with SDS chuck
special grease (accessories order no.
6.31800)! Use only SDS-Plus tools.
Inserting tools:
- Turn tool and insert until it engages. The tool is
automatically locked.
Remove the tool:
- Pull tool lock (2) backwards in direction indicated
by arrow (a) and remove tool (b).
7.8 To ol change keyless chuck (depends on
equipment)
Use the keyless chuck when drilling without impact
into metal, wood etc. and for driving in screws.
Clamp tool
Tu rn sleeve (5) in direction “OPEN, RELEASE(a).
Insert tool as deeply as possible (b) and turn sleeve
in the opposite direction, until any perceptible
mechanical resistance is overcome (c). Caution!
The tool is not yet clamped!
Continue to turn vigorously(you must hear a
“click”), until you cannot turn any further - only
now is the toolsafely clamped.
Notes: The rattling that might be heard after
opening the chuck (depending on the function) can
be eliminated by turning the sleeve into the other
direction.
With a soft tool shank, retightening may be required
after a short drilling period.
8. Maintenance and Cleaning
Always keep thespindle (6)clean and grease it a
bit. (Special grease: Order No.: 6.31800)
Clean (4) keyless chuck:
After prolonged use, hold the chuck vertically with
the opening facing downwards and fully open and
close it several times. The dust collected falls from
the opening. Regular use of cleaning spray on the
jaws and jaw openings is recommended.
Vent slots:
The vent slots of the machine should be cleaned
periodically.
9. Troubleshooting
If the trigger button (15) cannot be pressed, check,
if the rotation selector switch (13) is completely in
position R or L.
Electronic signal display (11):

When power is restored after a power failure, the
machine - which is still switched on - will not start
for safety reasons. To continue operation, switch
