businessas Jarden ConsumerSolutions (collectively “JCS”)warrants
thatforaperiodofoneyearfromthedateofpurchase,thisproductwill
befreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanship.JCS,atitsoption,will
repairorreplacethisproductoranycomponentoftheproductfound
tobedefectiveduringthewarrantyperiod.Replacementwillbemade
withaneworremanufacturedproductorcomponent.Iftheproductis
nolongeravailable,replacementmaybemadewithasimilarproductof
equalorgreatervalue.Thisisyourexclusivewarranty.DoNOTattempt
torepairoradjustanyelectricalormechanicalfunctionsonthisproduct.
Doingsowillvoidthiswarranty.
Thiswarrantyisvalidfortheoriginalretailpurchaserfromthedateof
initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Keep the original sales
receipt.Proofofpurchaseisrequiredtoobtainwarrantyperformance.
JCSdealers, service centers,or retail storesselling JCSproducts do
not have the right to alter, modifyor any way change the terms and
conditionsofthiswarranty.
Thiswarrantydoesnotcovernormalwearofpartsordamageresulting
fromanyofthefollowing:negligentuseormisuseoftheproduct,useon
impropervoltageorcurrent,usecontrarytotheoperatinginstructions,
disassembly, repair or alteration by anyone other than JCS or an
authorizedJCSservicecenter.Further,thewarrantydoesnotcover:Acts
ofGod,suchasre,ood,hurricanesandtornadoes.
What are the limits on JCS’s Liability?
JCSshallnotbeliableforanyincidentalorconsequentialdamagescaused
bythebreachofanyexpress,impliedorstatutorywarrantyorcondition.
Excepttotheextentprohibitedbyapplicablelaw,anyimpliedwarrantyor
conditionofmerchantabilityortnessforaparticularpurposeislimited
indurationtothedurationoftheabovewarranty.
JCS disclaims all other warranties, conditions or representations,
express,implied,statutoryorotherwise.
JCSshallnotbeliableforanydamagesofanykindresultingfromthe
purchase,use or misuse of, or inability to use the product including
incidental,special,consequentialorsimilardamagesorlossofprots,
orforanybreachofcontract,fundamentalorotherwise,orforanyclaim
broughtagainstpurchaserbyanyotherparty.
Someprovinces,states or jurisdictionsdonot allow the exclusionor
limitationofincidentalorconsequentialdamagesorlimitationsonhow
longanimpliedwarrantylasts,sotheabovelimitationsorexclusionmay
notapplytoyou.
Thiswarrantygivesyouspeciclegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveother
rightsthatvaryfromprovincetoprovince,statetostateorjurisdiction
