OVEN
Looking at the right side of the oven, locate the rectangular inspection panel and remove this
panel. Locate the three pole terminal block and ground wire connector inside this side, attached
to the base of the oven. (Terminal block is very close to the right side of the oven.) The cord
wires will connect at this point.
Looking at the back of the oven, locate the round access hole in the lower left corner. Insert the
pre-assembled cord end with strain relief in this access. Tighten the strain relief lock-nut to
secure.
Connect S. O. Cord conductors to the white oven wires as follows:
(BLACK) (L1 Terminal)
(RED) (L2 Terminal)
(BLUE) (L3 Terminal)
(GREEN) Chassis Ground Lug
There are 6 white wires connected to the terminal block numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6.
Verify the wires are connected as follows:
Two wires should be connected to each terminal. (L1, L2 and L3.)
Wires 1 & 4 together, Wires 2 & 5 together and Wires 3 & 6 together. Each set of two
connected to one of the terminal blocks. (Does not matter which set goes to what terminal.)
Adjust S. O. Cord length to allow approximately 6 feet of cord between Strain Relief compression
nut and the Cord Cap. Tighten the Strain Relief compression nut to secure the S. O. Cord.
Insert Cord Cap into receptacle, energize supply circuit breaker if de-energized.
Energize oven and check for proper operation.
After verifying that operation is correct, re-install inspection panel.
