2. Press the Escape + Refresh + Power keys to enter recovery mode. (with Yellow Exclamation

point.)

3. Plug in the Ac Adapter and leave the chromebook on the same screen (flip the lcd to place

the unit into tablet mode and place into charging cart).

4. Leave the unit plugged in for 6 hours (to fully allow the system to charge and recalibrate the

battery). (Overnight is ok too)

5. Remove unit from cart and unplug Ac adapter.

6. Close the lid to power off the unit, and open the lid back up to power up the unit.

7. At this point in the Chrome OS the battery icon should show full charge or 95% charge.

8. The battery life indicator should correctly show the time remaining and correct battery

percentage. (95% or full charge in the taskbar)
