Utilize CL0191,CL0192,CL0193 and CL0085 to create

your own Cat6 cord

Here you need the following tools:

CL0085(crimping tool),

CL0191 or CL0192 or CL0193 :

Step 1:

1.1 Cut off the Aluminum foil and make the drain wire prepared as follows.

Note: You should use the knife(embedded on the crimping tool) to make the tips

neat as follows.

1.2 Array the T568B wiring (You can also choose T568A if you need)

(refer WIKIPEDIA https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TIA/EIA-568#Wiring)

Step 2: Plug to the wires into the Cat6 connector (Note that you should array the

correct wiring) Your wire's Outside

Diameter(OD) including the plastic housing should not be more than 1.0mm to fit for

the wire guide's OD.

Step 3: Use the crimping tool to push the connector

Step 4: You need to solder the drain wire with the the metal shell of the plug.

Or make the drain wire contact with the metal shell of the plug after you

pushing the connector, and then cut off the unnecessary drain wire.
