READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE INSTALLING UTITLITY RACK.

NOTE: Failure to read instructions before use could result in injury or death.

Instructions for Installation and Use:

2ea. Utility rack side frames w/

eyebolts installed.

1ea. Rear horizontal bar w/ load

stops and eyebolts. (2 pcs.)

1ea. Front horizontal bar. (2 pcs.)

2ea. Load securing straps.

4ea. 5/16 x 2-1/2 bolts.

2ea. 5/16 x 1-3/4 bolts.

6ea. 5/16 locknuts.

20ea. 5/16 flat washers.

4ea. ¼ x 1-1/4 lag screws.

4ea. ¼ x 1-1/4 bolts.

4ea. ¼ locknuts

Assemble front and

rear horizontal bars

using 5/16 x 1-3/4 bolts,

flat washers, and

locknuts. Tighten

securely. (see Figs 2 &

3). NOTE: Fig.4 shows

assembled rear bar and

Fig.5 shows assembled

front bar.

Attach rear horizontal

bar, (Fig.6), and front

horizontal bar, (Fig.7),

to utility rack side

frames using 5/16 x 2-

1/2 bolts, flat washers,

and locknuts.

Tighten all bolts

securely. (Figs.

8 & 9)

Place assembled rack

onto bed rails in the

desired position and

mark holes for drilling,

(Fig.10). Move rack to

expose marks and drill

holes in bed rail. (Fig.

11). NOTE: If lag

screws are to be used,

drill 1/8” hole. If

underside of bed rail

can be reached and

bolts are used, drill ¼”

hole.

Place utility rack over

drilled holes and secure

to bed rails using the ¼”

x 1-1/4” lag screws and

flat washers or ¼ x 1-

1/4 bolts, flat washers,

and locknuts.(Fig.12).

NOTE: To avoid

stripping plastic bed

rails, do not over-tighten

lag screws.

: PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS FURNISHED

: MAXIMUM WEIGHT CAPACITY 100 LBS.

: NEVER ALLOW ANYONE TO SIT OR CLIMB ON UTILITY AT ANY TIME.

: NEVER USE UTILITY RACK FOR ANY PURPOSE OTHER THAN INTENDED USE.

: NEVER TRANSPORT A LOAD ON UTILITY RACK WITHOUT IT BEING PROPERLY

SECURED.

Secure load to

utility rack by

attaching “S”

hooks on straps to

eyebolts on utility

rack, (Fig.13), and

pulling tight

through cam

buckle, (Fig.14).
